The mouth is a small aspect when it is compared to the rest of your body, yet it remains one of the most, if not the most, important parts of our body. Many doctors, physicians, and dentists believe that the mouth is connected to the rest of our body. Scientific articles have even shown direct links between our oral health and it's relation to overall health.
At Generations Dental, Dr. Justin Rader is committed to ensuring your mouth is in excellent condition. We make this possible through a variety of different procedures that all aim to improve or enhance your mouth's well-being.
To start things off, we'll give you a complete oral exam. We then go over the findings with you and make our recommendations. It's a simple, but effective, process in preventing future oral health problems.
We will present ourselves in a professional and welcoming environment that gives patients the autonomy they deserve and desire. The patient will understand they have control of their oral health and will be empowered by the dental practice to stop the oral disease with proactive and preventative work performed in a teamwork approach with dental professionals and patients. We will be understanding and efficient with patients while addressing patient concerns to satisfaction.
Jovon moved to the area in 1998 and graduated as a dental assistant in 2007. She lives north of town with her 3 kiddos and 2 labs. When she is not shuffling kids to and from the baseball or football field she enjoys being in the woods, horseback riding and spending time with her family.
Carli was born and raised in Coeur d Alene, Idaho. She graduated from North Idaho College with her Dental Assisting certificate in 2018. She enjoys backpacking, kayaking and anything outdoors. When shes not adventuring she loves to spend quality time with her family and her dog Rambo.
Bree was born and raised in St. Maries, Idaho. She recieved her B.S. in Dental Hygiene at Idaho State University and graduated in 2016. Bree and her husband enjoy the outdoors, hunting, fishing, four wheeling, and spending time with family and friends.' Member of Idaho State Dental Hygiene Association.
Justin's stepfather, Jack Fullwiler D.D.S., has shown him what it is to be a successful and well-respected dentist in the community. Justin found his niche while shadowing Dr. Jack and finding it great to interact with others and play an important part with combining patient needs with his developed skills and mentorship.
Justin was raised in Coeur d'Alene, ID and graduated from Coeur d'Alene High School in 1995. He attended the University of Idaho and Boise State University to obtain a B.S. in Biology with a ROTC Commission in 2000.
Justin spent five years in the United States Army and served in Iraq in 2004 to 2005 as a counter-intel and interrogation officer. He separated from active duty to pursue a family life with his lovely wife.
Dr. Rader became the Dental Director for the local Community Health Center where he was employed full time from April 2011 to July 2014. Justin continued to work part time with Dr. Fullwiler and received great dental mentorship.
Dr. Rader formerly worked part time at the Community Health Center doing hospital dentistry for the developmentally disabled and high anxiety patients. He was the Idaho Panhandle Dental Society President 2012-2013 and received the Idaho State Component President Award for his duties during that time.
Dr. Rader has a great-grandfather, Dr. John Butler, that began dentistry in 1917 in Pennsylvania, followed by his step-grandfather, Dr. Dick Fullwiler, in 1951 and then step-father, Dr. Jack Fullwiler in 1980 in Coeur d Alene, Idaho.
While managing his practice, Dr. Rader is a member of the Idaho Army National Guard as a dentist. He also enjoys volunteering at many community events to support veterans and a variety of age groups with the local Panhandle Health District and Community Health Center.
Justin has a beautiful wife, Nicole Rader, daughter, son and their dog. He enjoys spending time with them and volunteering with their team activities and events. They enjoy spending time at the variety of lakes in the summer and skiing in the winter. Dr. Rader enjoys bass fishing and working on his golf game.

Love all the staff at Generations! Bri is the best and makes cleanings a breeze, Chioban (so sorry if I mispelled) has such great energy, and Dr. Rader is thorough and I always feel taken care of. Additionally, during my last visit, I overheard that they take special care of Veterans, and I love that about them!

WOW!!!! My whole family is just blown away by how great their dental visits were. Such a sigh of relief to find a dentist that you can trust. No pain. No stress, no more anxiety! Thank you!!! We cannot say enough good things about the entire staff in this office. We are so grateful.

Dr.Rader and his team are the most kind, genuine people. I have horrible dental anxiety and would go full panic attack every time I went to the dentist. Dr.Rader and his team have made it a safe environment for me. They are so kind and do really quality work. I have never had problems with any work they have done. I appreciate them so much and HIGHLY recommend them. Plus for my children they don't push work that's not needed. Many times they have recommended just watching areas instead of instantly wanting to do something. They are so honest.

As a person who suffers from dental anxiety, I went into meeting Dr. Rader with some nervousness considering I had an urgent dental issue. I was greeted with warmth, kindness and understanding. Dr. Rader asked about my past dental experiences to ease my nerves and gain understanding on how to be supportive provider. He offered effective treatment with an abundance of knowledge and reasoning. He supplied aftercare for home and ensured successful completion of work on my tooth (same day). I am beyond grateful and shockingly look forward to returning! I highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a superior dental office in the North Idaho area.

I was very pleased with my experience with the dentist and staff. The nurse cleaning my teeth was good and informative. I would certainly recommend this office to anyone. I have been pleased with quick response to two crowns that had been in for several years at a location in another state and came out. These were put back in in one case and replaced in the other case.
