I went to this practice 1.5 ago to get crown for my dental implant, he said the tooth under it also need a new crown because there is a gap he took the impression and when I went back to get the permanent the color was way off I mentioned it and he said its new it will get darker I requested the top one to be darker to match my natural teeth still they did a horrible job I told him to redo it to match he refused his excuse was oh you will damage your implant if we take it off and get a new one! 1.5 years later the bottom tooth came off and had a decay under it went to a dentist he said this crown was not done right, did not fit properly and your tooth has to get extracted!! Front desk people also are so rude never seen any practice like that and I've been to many, save yourself a headache and lots of money and go somewhere else, attached picture so you can easily see the crowns he did !!

As a new patient Dr Morrow never even introduced himself. Treated like a second class citizen if you don't have dental insurance. Pathetic!!

Most excellent, as a number of dentists in the area fumbled my crown issues. Dr. Morrow did not and is a skilled technician when it comes to dentistry. I highly approve and support.

Dr morrow tells you straight as it is! Does what he can to help you during your visit and gets you back in quickly to fix you if he can't do it then.

Went in for a painful tooth ended up with thousands of dollars and several appointments where they quote you a price then once your mouth open add a bunch of things you never agreed to then hit you with a 900$ bill at the desk. When you say "oh it was supposed to be this amount" they make a point to humiliate you in the office lobby. Told me that it was like stealing from Walmart. No actually Walmart tells me the price which you should do prior to doing the work. Three times he had to stop mid dental work because he hadn't given me enough numbing agent. It was extremely painful. As I'm getting verbally berated in the lobby for not bringing with me 700 bucks more than it was supposed to cost. I'm picking prices of my tooth out of my hair. Both me and my husband ended up with lockjaw after our visits because He shows no care or gentleness half the time he won't even speak just relays everything through the hygienist. They charge a fee if you don't show, a fee if you don't have cash- despite it never being the price quoted and the crown wasn't covered by insurance and ended up falling out after 8 months. The new dentist says it was never put in correctly and now I get to have a whole new one done. Go someplace, anyplace else I'm still traumatized and have genuine fear of the dentist I never had before. Make sure the work they are doing is actually being done, and that you bring several extra hundred dollars or get called a thief and screamed at if you complain. Used to be a good dentist now all the other doctors have left and there is a reason why. The front desk staff borders on abusive.

Office staff is terrible and they don't know what they're doing. Had two root canals performed and they were botched and he had to go back in and do something more but would never tell me what he had to do but it still wasn't right. Ask him not to put those cheap plastic fillings in there again and he did anyhow. l wve been livingith a terrible plastic taste in my mouth for 9 months now. I needed an auto Network form filled out and sent to the insurance so that I could get this fixed correctly and the office staff just played stupid like they didn't know what to do.

This "dentist" is a fraud I paid 600$ for him to do a root canal on my wife his work failed within the first 3 months went to another dentist in cranberry to get it fixed They said it most certainly failed due to shoddy incorrect work I paid them 400$ to fix his terrible work refuses to give a refund.

Only AFTER all services were performed, did she actually look into his insurance. Come to find out that they stopped taking his insurance back in MARCH. I have worked in a very busy Dr's office before and you ALWAYS verify insurance coverage before services are rendered. 420.00 later plus they charge a 3% cc fee.

So happy to find such a great dentist that cares. The whole staff is wonderful. My bf started going here after I told him how comfortable they make you feel. They explain everything as they do it, which is great if you have anxiety about seeing a dentist. I highly recommend Generational Dental Associates to anyone!
