I am seriously disappointed with the customer service and customer treatment by your secretary. While the medical and dental offices are expected to work for profit, these offices have also obligations to put the patient first in extreme cases. Last week, my tooth cap, that you had placed last year, came off when I was eating. I called your office for an earlier appointment. Your secretary indicated that if I need a quick appointment I have to pay $50 additional out of pocket. But, if I don't want to pay this extra fee my appointment will be scheduled for about 1.5 months later. I had no other choice to call another dentist and get a quick appointment (no extra charges of course!) to fix the cap. I never expected Dr. Amini to treat her patient in such an unethical and unprofessional manner. Nader Bazzazieh

Dr. Amini and all staff are educated, well trained, efficient, and friendly. A patient will always be treated as an individual and will be educated and trained to understand and apply good health care for teeth, gums, tongue, and mouth. The patient is actively engaged in every process and makes decisions with expert guidance. Administrative staff are outstanding. Every member of the team Is present, doing their part, and coherent and smart about what is coming before and aft every aspect of treatment and care. Dr. Amini is an architect and artist on the latest procedures. She practices modern dentistry and assures patients every step of the way. Patients will appreciate appointments with Dr. Amini and with every member of this practice.
