Dr. Cerillo was born in New York City andeducated in the Midwest at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Hehas lived in theNewTampa area since 1993.Dr. Cerillois marriedto his wifePamela, andthey havefour children.

When hes away from the practice, Dr. Cerillo enjoys spending time withhis family, cooking, traveling, and enjoying a glass of wine in the company of good friends.Hehas recentlytaken up distance running andcompleted several marathons. Dr. Cerillohasalso been active in the community: hedonatestime to his church, local sports organizations, and community service projects.

Dr. Lennie Friedman is a Tampa native. Growing up, she attended Berkeley Preparatory School before receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 2010, followed by a one-year General Practice Residency at the Brooklyn Veterans Affairs Hospital. She practiced for a few years in New York City prior to returning to Tampa.

Dr. Friedman practices dentistry from a preventive approach. She focuses on educating her patients and tries to address potential problems before they become larger, painful issues. She likes to focus on the needs of the patient as a whole, and not just his or her teeth. She strives to establish a personalized rapport with each patient while providing quality comprehensive dental care.

Dr. Friedman also believes in the importance of community service and giving back to the community in which she was raised. She has been involved in multiple Dentistry from the Heart and Mission of Mercy service programs, and has spent many hours volunteering for various organizations. Ask her about her experience volunteering at the Trudi Birger Clinic in Israel where she gave free dental care to children in need in Jerusalem!

Dr. Friedman has always enjoyed being active. Some of her favorite activities include running, skiing, traveling, and eating. She loves spending time with her family and friends, and is excited to be back in Tampa!

Dr. Galia Medrano was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and grew up in Tampa, Florida. She started exploring her interest in dentistry at a young age. Dr. Medrano spent her summer vacations volunteering in a low-income dental clinic in Mexico where her desire to become a dentist and help people was confirmed.

Dr. Medrano attended the University of South Florida, where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences. During her time at USF, she was the President of Operation Smile, a non-profit organization that provides free surgeries to children and young adults in developing countries who are born with cleft lip, cleft palate, or other dental facial conditions. She also worked at a pediatric dental office in Tampa where she did everything from taking radiographs to comforting children during their dental procedures.

Dr. Medrano attended dental school at the University of Florida College of Dentistry in Gainesville, Florida where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. There she held numerous leadership positions. She served as President of the Dental College Council, Senator for UF Student Government, and was part of the first dental educational service trip to Cuba in over 50 years.

Dr. Medrano is passionate about continuing her education and is constantly participating in advanced courses. She is also a member and fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), and a member of the Florida Dental Association, and American Dental Association.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Medrano enjoys quiet weeknights with her husband and baby, cooking together and watching movies, going for a walk or going out to a local restaurant. She also enjoys catching up with family and friends on weekends. Additionally, she has a passion for international travel and exploring new places, cultures, and ethnic cuisine. Dr. Medrano is committed to excellence in patient care, and looks forward to taking care of your dental needs!

Donna has been in the dental field for more than a dozen years. She began practicing as a dental hygienist in 2009 and has been working with Cerillo Family Dentistry'steam for almost a decade. Donna loves working with patients daily, andhelping them maintain their dental health in a gentle manner. She makes patients feel at ease by building trust and confidence with each patient and providing oral education based on their individual needs. In her spare time, Donna enjoys outdoor activities, watching sports, and spending time with her two children.

Ginger works in the lab to fabricate various appliances for our patients. She enjoys coming to work each day because no two days are the same: something new happens every day. Ginger has been with Cerillo Family Dentistry's team since May 2014. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, working in the yard, and reading when time permits.

Shellys career as a dental assistant began in 1988 and she was happy to join Cerillo Family Dentistry's team in 2013. She assists with all stages of treatment and explains details about each procedure to our patients. Shelly enjoys getting to know our patients and helping them achieve optimum oral health. She is very thankful to work with such a talented and committed group of caregivers who wonderfully tailor our patients dental treatment to fit each of their unique needs. When Shelly is not working, she enjoys cooking, going to live music venues, and spending time with her family.

Theresa has been in the dental field for more than 25 years and a part of Cerillo Family Dentistry'steam for 18. She works in both the Tampa Palms and San Antonio locations. Theresa has a strong work ethic and is passionate about helping every patient as well as every team member.Her goal is to ensure every patient hasa professional, pleasant experience at our office. She enjoys continuing education classes and is also a member of The American Association of Dental Office Managers.When Theresa is away from the office, she enjoys working out, sports, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Jan is a patient coordinator and has been in the dental field for nearly two decades, half of them with Cerillo Family Dentistry's team. She loves the atmosphere in the office and enjoys having conversations with our patients, and help'seach of them understand their upcoming treatment. She is very proud of the quality dental services our office provides to each individual patient. In her spare time, Jan loves being with her family, exercising, shopping, and relaxing at home.

Megan has been a dental hygienist for more than a dozen years and joined Cerillo Family Dentistry'steam several years ago. She loves meeting and taking care of patients and helping each one succeed in attaining their oral hygiene goals. Dr. Cerillo provides an environment that allows her to fulfill her need to please patients and have fun at the same time. In her spare time, Megan enjoys being with her husband and theirdaughter. She loves boating and working out.

Christie has been in the Dental field since 1993 and a Hygienist since 2001. Working at Cerillo Family Dentistry feels like family. She loves the courteous, professional quality of care our office provides to each patient and making them feel comfortable with their treatment. Christie is married and has 2 children. She loves to watch her son play golf and her daughter excel in music. In her spare time she enjoys kayaking, walking, singing and playing the flute for her church worship group.

I have been a dental assistant for 2 years and have been with Cerillo Family Dentistry for 10 months. I love helping our patients and love seeing their smiles transform. It's very rewarding to ease patients anxiety and build trust with them. When I'm not working I love to spend time with my family and friends, shopping, and playing fetch with my puppy.

Anjuli is originally from Chicago, IL but has lived in various parts of the U.S. She has been a hygienist since 2007 and takes every opportunity to gain knowledge in the field of dentistry. Her goal is to make sure her patients learn something new during each visit and become enthusiastic about their dental health. She is known for her thorough, but gentle touch and takes great pride in building a close rapport with her patients. Away from the office, Anjuli is active in fitness, traveling with her husband and exploring culinary arts.

Yasmeen graduated with two degree's in Biomedical Sciences and Psychology form the USF honors college.She conducted research in Alzheimer's adenoadenlyated virus therapy as well as in patient art interaction in the Tampa Museum of art. Yasmeen has given back to the community through her countless engagements from dental volunteering to catapulting the USF LGBT + health alliance to new heights. She closed out her time at USF by joining the university's Equestrian team. Through her experiences, she found a passion in patient-centered care through the field of dentistry.

Krystal recently moved from New Jersey to Tampa. She has been a dental assistant with over 7 years experience. She earned her Dental Assisting degree at Drake School of Business, where she received awards in bio dental and infection control. She loves being a dental assistant. Krystal lovesto assist our Doctorsin all differentprocedures, but most importantly she loves meeting patients and helping them through their procedures. She wants to make every patientfeel as comfortable as possible while in the office.

LaShondra moved from Vero Beach to Tampa in 2019. She moved here to attend the Dental Assisting Career School in Tampa. LaShondra loves being in the dental field to help others look great and feel confident about their smile. She loves to educate patients on the importance of taking care of their oral health. LaShondra has been with Cerillo Family Dentistry's team since 2019 and loves the office environment. She appreciates the quality dental care given by our Doctor's. When LaShondra is not at work she enjoys exploring Tampa and spending time with her friends.
