Dr. Alan Savage is a native of Richmond, VA and currently resides in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. Dr. Savage graduated from Hampton University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the Bay Pines VA Medical Center in St. Petersburg, FL.
Dr. Savage received his postdoctoral specialty training in Orthodontics at Howard University in Washington, DC. He has been the recipient of various awards throughout his training including the Orthodontic Biomechanics Award and Pediatric Dentistry award. In addition, he was chosen to be a guest lecturer at the 2015 National Dental Association conference. He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, Mid-Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, Virginia Dental Association, National Dental Association, and Continental Orthodontic Study Club.
Dr. Savage regularly participates in continuing education courses to keep up with the latest technology, research and developments in Orthodontics. He is committed to providing the highest quality of treatment to improve his patients oral health and esthetics.
In 1981, Dr. Al-Joburi completed a three-year program with a periodontic certificate and Master of Science in Dentistry from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He was the Associate Professor and head of the Division of Periodontics at McGill University in Montreal, Canada from 1984-1989. He served as co-chairman of the Broward Dental Research Clinic's Periodontal Division. Dr. Al-Joburi has had several articles published in dental journals and made numerous presentations at local, national and international meetings. Since 1978, he has been a member of the American Dental Association, the Atlantic Dental Association and is a fellow of the Academy of Periodontology.

Update: Another great visit. Painless, relaxing atmosphere, and quick, thorough, professional people working here, from the receptionist to the dentist. They are always careful to think of me first and tell me what was noticed and what they plan to do for me before proceeding. Love these people! Today the dentist actually used her own cell phone to take a picture of my worn, chipped crowns so I could clearly see what needs to be fixed. Other dentists in the past never showed me this kind of damage, so I never felt comfortable making such expensive decisions. Every visit here reinforces my faith in their competence and professionalism.

I had an appointment with Dr. Al-Joburi to check my implant earlier today. As usual, he was very cordial and professional, he examined my implant and checked the x-rays to make sure the implant was healing properly. He explained to me what he plans to do next and told me when I need to schedule my next visit. I have no doubt that Dr. Al-Jobury Is the most proficient and talented Periodontist that ever treated me. Thank you Dr. Al-Joburi!

In my past, I have struggled to find a reliable dentist and a helpful front desk. After coming here, I can confidently say that Dr. Hadithi and her staff, including front desk, have made this experience so much better and even enjoyable for me. You can see Dr. Hadithi's lovable personality shine through her work as she is always there to consult me with the best treatment plan. She truly cares about providing the best care for her patients. I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I know not everyone likes going to the dentist, but my perspective has changed ever since Dr. Hadithi became my dentist. In the past, I tend to get lost about all the forms, insurance details but the front desk is SO helpful and I can trust that they have the best intention. Not only are they hard working, but they also are so sweet and make sure that each person feels welcomed here and gets all the logistics sorted out. I have had no issue with anything with the front desk. In fact, I really appreciate the efforts they have made to check up on me and explain things clearly if they do come up. It is hard to find an approachable office staff, but I can assure you that they will not leave you behind in the process!! I love this office and I think it is so adorable that Dr. Hadithi and her office staff make the effort to know their patients really well.

Terrible front staff. Despite me calling in to cancel my appointment, they failed to do so and sent me a no show bill. Then claim I also have additional outstanding balances when I paid. Never seen more incompetent people in my life.

I was in general dentistry by 06/18/2021.for cleaning but the dr .she said $ 900 just for cleaning.i accepted that payment because I expected special treatment .but the treatment is just regular cleaning.I payed $450 just half of her teeth for cleaning my wife teeth.the dr she cheating me my money she is stolen.Don't go this place you will lossless your money.poor treatment!!!!

Initially I enjoyed the service but since February the office has neglected to submit to the insurance for my daughters orthodontictic consult. In June I discussed this issue with the dentist advising why we would not be back. Ruby apologized that she neglected to send the insurance information and as of today there is no resolution. I called to get the records to go to another dentist for an overdue cleaning and was willing to pick up the records on yesterday however on Wednesday Ruby called to advise she would email them. However I had to leave work this morning to pick them up since the email was not received. Apparently, the front office act as if it's no big deal and laughs about the situation. I did not get the records as requested but received a copy of the X-rays only as a result had to cancel my daughters cleaning schedduled for Monday as the office staff could not advise when records would be available for pickup as it was a an inconvenience to leave work today. I like the dentist but the office staff has made this an unpleasant experience.
