Dr. Nagib Bahri is known for his gentle and creative touch. He enjoys helping each of his patients improve their health, appearance, and self-esteem by creating the smile of their dreams, and also maintaining the health and function of their teeth, gums, and bite.

He graduated from the University of St. Joseph, Lebanon in 1985. Advanced education in Paris, France, and continuing dental study allow him to offer his patients a superior dental experience and an unparalleled level of quality care. He is truly committed to excellence in everything he does.

Dr. Nagib Bahri is among a very elite group of dentists who received the coveted Mastership award of the Academy of General Dentistry, MAGD: the highest honor available in the AGD, the second largest dental association in the world, and one of the most respected designations in the profession. It has been awarded to less than 1% of practicing general dentists, who completed 1,100 hours of approved continuing dental education in all disciplines of dentistry, including 400 hours dedicated to hands-on skills and techniques.

Dr. Bahris expertise is the result of years of work experience coupled with an extensive background of quality education. This allows us to keep our practice on the cutting edge, and provide our patients with the most up-to-date treatment options and superior care that would best match their optimum individual oral health needs.

Our goal is to provide our patients with a healthy, beautiful, long-lasting natural smile. Dr. Bahri received his license to practice dentistry in the states of Florida and California in 1991, and has been practicing in the Inland Empire since then. He married Annette in August of 1996. They live in Upland with their three children.

Dr. Valay Desai was born and raised in India, where he earned a Bachelors of Dental Surgery from University of Rajiv Gandhi. After dental school in India, Dr. Desai moved to Texas, where he received a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio Dental School in 2015.

After working in San Antonio at a community based clinic for a year, Dr. Desai moved to the suburbs of Philadelphia, where he practiced in a private practice setting for several years. With these experiences, he mastered the art of cosmetic dentistry, dental implant surgeries, endodontics (root canal therapy) and complex cases, including full mouth rehabilitation.

Dr. Desai is passionate about providing excellent dental care to each of his patients, while treating them with compassion and respect. He is committed to continuous learning and using the latest technology, combined with evidence-based dentistry to ensure that all of his patients maintain healthy smiles.

In his free time, Dr. Desai enjoys exploring and traveling to new neighborhoods, and trying new cuisines with his wife. He enjoys time with his family, and going on hikes with his dog, Blu (Husky). He looks forward to meeting you and your family, and making sure you have bright, healthy smiles!

Dr. Prashant Amin was born in Chicago, raised in Dallas, and went to school at the University of Southern California, where he received a B.S. in Dental Hygiene. He has over 18 years of experience in the field of dentistry, including 4 years of practicing dental hygiene in Los Angeles.

Dr. Amin moved to India for 5 years, where he earned a Bachelors of Dental Surgery from Manipal University, ranked the top dental school in India (out of over 300 institutions). He then attended the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio Dental School, graduating with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery with high honors.

To offer his patients the best treatment possible, and be able to practice in a variety of settings, Dr. Amin completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at UTHSCSA. Prior to moving back to Los Angeles, he was a clinical professor of dentistry at The University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio.

Dr. Amins educational experiences in different places, along with time in private practice and teaching, have given him the ability to treat people from all walks of life. His practical, conservative approach is enhanced by his gentle hands and friendly nature. Dr. Amin is skilled in general dentistry, including fillings, crowns and bridges, dental implant placement, bone grafting, and 3rd molar (wisdom teeth)/complex extractions, among other dental procedures.

During his spare time, Dr. Amin enjoys traveling, sports and volunteering his time to charity dental missions in other countries. He is an avid fan of the USC Trojans, Dallas Cowboys, and Dallas Mavericks (sorry, Laker fans!). Dr. Amin looks forward to taking care of your dental needs!

Maia has been a dental assistant since 1983. She received her certification in 1988.Maia worked at the University of Oklahoma Dental School and in the specialty of endodontics for 12 years.Maias caring and gentle ways create a comforting atmosphere for our patients.Maia lives in Claremont with her husband Kent and their three children, Katie, Amanda, and Chad. Maias family is very involved with their church and with Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts.
