Dr Singh (I hope I spelled name correct) was professional very kind, and most of all patient with my 12yr old grandson who is afraid of dentists. My grandson said he liked going there to the prince office as we were leaving. Everyone was very nice! Definitely recommend.

Don't bring your children here!!! Called and told them my daughter has a tooth that is infected. A tooth they have yet to fix!!! I've been trying to get them to fix this tooth for well over 8 months!! Now it's beyond fixable, it now has to be extracted. They didn't ask if I wanted to get her on antibiotics or anything, not even if I needed an appointment. They were supposed to schedule an appointment for my daughter weeks and weeks ago and never did. So my daughter better not get sick!!!! And quit blaming the anesthesiologist, I've called you guys 2 other times about this appointment and you told me I would hear back from you and I never did.

My kids love going to the dentist! When their appointment comes up my three littles literally ask daily when they get to go because of the experience they receive at the prince location. Dr. Givens is gentle and thorough, which is a blessing with small children! Couldn't ask for a better doctors Our assistant Sonia and Gabbie deserve 5 stars on their own! They took the time to talk to my children and address all the 1000 questions they had. The patience of these woman are beyond appreciated. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else

In the past, I've never had a problem with this this dentist. My children have gone here since they were babies. Now that my 17 year old needs treatment for a root canal, the office has decided she needs to see an adult dentist regardless of her age. I have been trying to get in contact with the office since April 19th. The front office staff are ignorant. The answer my daughter was given as to why she needed an adult appointment if she's a minor was, "I don't know." When asked if there was someone else she could speak to that did know, she was told to just call a delifferent pediatric dentist. Because that's makes sense. The reasoning the office manager gave me is because they don't offer all services that they used to. She couldn't tell me which because she's not a dentist, just that they cannot treat her. They treat up to 20 years old at the location, but just not for root canals. My question behind that is, what happens when a small child needs a root canal? Will they need to refer them to an adult dentist? Seems absolutely ridiculous to me. So while this office may be a good fit for smaller children, it most definitely is not friendly for teens. Now we're stuck in this predicament of my CHILDS tooth hurting and the office basically saying, fend for yourself we don't do that here. Anyone who has ahcccs knows you need referrals for added work. So basically what this office did was refer her to an adult dentist so that dentist can put in the request for a root canal. How is that caring for your patients? I would hate for anyone with children to reach this point where the child is turned away to start a process all over again somewhere else. Scrambling to find places and get approvals while their child is in pain. My advice would be that if you choose to take your kid there, make sure you have a back up for the day they turn your kid away.

I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else! Dr Givens and ESPECIALLY his assistant, Sonia went out of their way to make my autistic child who is EXTREMELY afraid comfortable...that makes the whole experience different and I can't express how much it means to me as a mom to see the little details that Ms Sonia took care of to make my child feel more at ease and safe...Made my heart smile. Thank you Ms Sonia from the bottom of my heart these little things make a HUGE difference for our little ones the entire office staff is amazing!!

Muy amables quedamos muy satisfechos con los servicios.The receptionist very friendly Olivia very helpful as well as the assistants Yazmin and Karla and the Dentist Victor, also very friendly and all always willing to answer any questions I had, they are a great team, it is the first appointment in this clinic with my two daughters I hope everything stays the same.
