Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice and you may have seen this during your visits to our office. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, its both safe and comfortable. We want to tell you about the infection control procedures we follow in our practice to keep patients and staff safe.
Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA ), and the American Dental Association (ADA). We follow the activities of these agencies closely, so that we are always up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agencies recommendations.

If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to work with you to estimate the benefits available under your insurance policy; however, because your insurance is a contract between you and your carrier, we will not be aware of policy changes unless you notify us. We can not guarantee that the insurance company will pay the exact amount we estimate. Most insurance policies have a deductible and pay a percentage of a certain maximum fee (UCF). Because of this, we require a 35% co-payment at the time of treatment of most minor dental procedures, and a 50% co-payment on restorative dental work. If benefit payments are slightly different than estimated, we will reimburse or bill you the difference.
