Dr. Gelb is a fourth-generation dentist and a graduate of the top-ranking University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. After graduating with honors from the University of Pennsylvanias Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) program, Dr. Gelb completed his orthodontic residency at their world-renowned orthodontic program. There, he studied with leaders in the field of orthodontics including the former President of the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Gelb continues to enrich his education through numerous lectures, conferences and study groups.
He is passionate about orthodontics, and you can always catch him reading the latest research and studying his cases from every angle to make the treatment and experience even better for his patients. Dr. Gelb utilizes the latest technological advances in the industry, such as Invisalign, Invisalign Teen, ceramic braces and self ligating braces and temporary anchorage devices, along with digital imaging and advanced computer graphics, to ensure that you receive the most effective and comfortable care possible.

Dr. Gelb and his staff are very professional, organized, and do a fantastic job in making sure that all their patients are happy. Susan is extremely patient and will try to accommodate everyone as needed. I highly recommend Dr. Gelb as an orthodontist.

Dr. Gelb and his staff are amazing! I was referred to Dr. Gelb by my kids pediatric dentist. Boy am I glad he sent us to Dr. Gelb. He's amazing with the kids. As soon as you enter the office you are greeted Susan. She's amazing. My daughter was the first to see Dr.Gelb when she needed braces but now my son is seeing him too. I recently moved to New Jersey but will continue to travel to Larchmont just so my son can be seen by Dr. Gelb. Thank you Gelb Orthodontics for such a wonderful experience.

My daughter just got her braces off a few days ago after having them for 2 years. She absolutely loved Dr. Gelb and all of the staff. He was very calm and caring, and always made sure that she was comfortable with whatever he did. She really enjoyed her time at Gelb Orthodontics and will truly miss going there every 6 weeks. A big thank you to everyone at Dr. Gelb's for an amazing braces experience!!!

Thorough. Friendly. Effective. I'd say those are the 3 characteristics you'd want most from an orthodontist. Dr. Gelb was very clear about what the plan was and why and so far so good. And the office staff is great!

We had an amazing experience with Dr Gelb and everyone in his office. They made a daunting and scary experience easy. All questions were answered and everyone was super supportive & accommodating! There are really not enough kind words...if you have to get braces...this is the place to go :)

Just an update for my son's service with Dr. Gelb. With his help in last 3 months, my son finally got the retainer on this week and he will leave to his university on Saturday with a peace mind. The nurse was showing and teaching my son how to put the retainer on and take it off nicely. I am so grateful and really appreciate Dr. Gelb and his team for helping my son . Will continue all orthodontic service with the team! thank you again!

Great place for braces. Dr. Gelb is very knowledgeable and extremely patience. Staff very friendly and Susan always there to help you. I love this place. We all become like family. After 2 years and a half my son's braces are coming out tomorrow. I'm really going to miss coming to this place.

Dr. Gelb is an extremely welcoming, professional, and skilled orthodontist. He is clearly passionate about his chosen field and goes above and beyond to meet the needs of each patient. Dr.Gelb made my daughter feel so comfortable through her whole first appointment but he out did himself with the hand written note we just received in the mail. It was signed by the whole staff welcoming her to the Gelb family and telling her how well she did that day.
