Though is was difficult locating the building that houses Dr. Chris and the Geist Oral & Facial Surgery staff. We were greeted by a professional and anxiety relieving thoughtful receptionist. The procedure was explained after a brief viewing of a video about option for implant verses extraction. And moments later I was leaving their office grateful the whole process was over. And surprised how smoothly and quickly my tooth was extracted. I am thankful to Dr. Chris and his staff for the professional and precise painless procedure. And a follow up call from Dr. Chris hours later to make certain i was doing well and if I had any questions was most appreciated and heartfelt. Thank you to all involved in getting me thru and over what I had in my mind a dreadful experience. Quite the opposite! I will refer all who are in need. Great Dr and staff!

I had a great experience 15 years ago with 2 implants in the front of smile. I went for a regular clean in my new city and the Dentist was so impressed with your implants he called the other Dentists in to look at my teeth and x-rays. They both referred to my teeth as the best implants they had ever seen. No issues in 15 years. You also did my wisdom teeth removal and no issues there either. Thank you!

My experience with the staff and oral surgeon was outstanding. They made me feel very appreciative and very comfortable before, after and during my visit. I highly recommend the services for the surgeon/dentist and appreciate the fact that everyone treated me like family. I am a senior citizen and approaching over 70 soon so it was very important for me to feel welcomed and appreciated. I highly would recommend this surgeon and the location for everyone needed their services.

The two stars is for the friendly staff and assistant. They're great, however the lack of stars is for my experience with the actual Dentist. Literally the worst, nonchalant interaction I've ever had with a medical professional, EVER. I was referred by my dentist but will definitely be requesting a second opinion by a more professional, attentive doctor who at least presents as invested in helping me and even bother to ask me exactly what I'm feeling related to the reason for my visit. I will not recommend for anyone to NOT go, because he may be very great at what he does. I just know based on the bedside manor I received today, I am not comfortable going back.

Everyone in the office is wonderful. I tried my extraction with local anesthetic but my nerves and the pressure got to me. They was very caring and understood my nerves and was able to stop to give me laughing gas which worked wonders. Everyone took all the steps to make sure I was comfortable. I recommend them to anyone!!!!

The staff was so kind and nice. They made me feel very comfortable. My procedure was smooth and I love that Dr. Burns kept me informed with everything he was during the procedure. I loved getting the personal call at home from Dr. Burns to check on me.

The entire staff from secretary, financial council, nurses and Dr. Burns him self were exceptionally great! When I started looking around most receptionist came off kind of rude to me when I asked about my insurance but not his office! I went to both of his offices and was treated like a friend !! I % recommend them !

The staff are all very friendly and caring. Dr. Burns is very competent and skilled and is a very nice man. They all make the visits there as pleasant as possible. The telephone follow-up calls by Dr. Burns and the office staff were very impressive. I would recommend this practice without hesitation or reservation.

All staff is amazing. Dr. is kind and gentle. He is very straightforward. Always a pleasure to see them. You don't really feel like your at a dentist etc.
