Dr. Adam Geach is a dental specialist in prosthodontics. Prosthodontists undergo three years of formal residency training beyond dental school, specializing in dental esthetics, implants, and reconstructive dentistry.
Options for treatment are clearly described and demonstrated with digital photography, X-rays and models so that you fully understand the reasons for treatment, the progression and the expected outcome. As a result, patients are not over-treated or sold products and procedures that are not necessary. Second opinions are always complementary.

Dr. Geach is a fabulous dentist! I wish I had been so lucky to have him as my dentist from day one in my life! He knows his 'stuff' and is meticulous. I am confident that he will give me the best options for making my smile as absolutely beautiful as possible. Then execute it brilliantly at a fair price. Today he made a temporary implant crown while I waited instead of the week or so it takes sending it to a lab. I really appreciated that as our drive is 3 hours each way to see him. His office is in a stunning architecturally significant building and the office itself is well designed and maintained.

Dr Geach is the best and the coolest dentist I've ever been to. He is super gentle, super kind, creative and he takes all the dread and fear out of going for your dental appointment. He's busy, that's for sure, yet I had an urgent issue today and he fit me in and fixed it. His staff is awesome and they really round out the experience . I have never said this before, but I actually look forward to my appointments.

In my lifetime, I have had my share of dental problems as well as horrible experiences with dentists which magnified and perpetuated some situations. I was referred by a previous gp dentist who couldn't perform some work needed. On my first consultation with Dr. Geach he evaluated and diagnosis a couple of options we look into. He answered all my questions. He laid out a treatment plan and laid out the expenses in full detail, without hesitation. He explained every stage and step we would go through. It was very refreshing to speak with an expert who gave me straight answers and responses. I've also noticed he has responded directly to some emails I have sent to his office. If I am correct, on one of my treatment visits, I believe he did temp crowns in-house, which cut the timeframe. (Other offices have to send out and it takes weeks or months) I only have high praise for his professionalism. I wish I had found him much earlier in life. Likewise his support staff of Glenda and Jocelyn have been wonderful in assisting Dr. Geach, as well as coordinating insurance and scheduling. Superb dental specialist and superb office.

Dr. Geach and his staff are simply the best. He is attentive to detail and will treat you like you're the only patient he has. No shuffling between rooms, no waiting in the chair for 30 minutes after your appointment was scheduled to start. He took care of an issue I've been having after multiple surgeries with other doctors. His hours are incredibly convenient if you work downtown! Happy to say I can finally smile thanks to Dr. Geach!

Him and his staff have helped me through several dental appointments over the last year, and I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about him and the entire office. Dr. Geach was better than any other specialist or dentist I have ever experienced. He answered all my questions, he thoroughly diagnosed me, and he was able to correct a problem that began with another dentist who was absolutely not capable, but that's another story. Dr. Geach treats you as if you are his only patient while you are there and even after, he checks in to make sure you are doing great! He has restored my faith in Dentists.

I desire to add: After I left the fy review, Dr Geach called me and left voicemail message requesting me call him and discuss something. He occused me of being not honest, omg ... There are not enough superlatives to describe Dr. Geach. He is an exceptional prosthodontist who provided me with an unparalleled level of coordinated care when I needed a front tooth implant. I was referred to the best periodontist imaginable (Dr. Matoska) and an excellent orthodonist (Dr. Alpan). They hold Dr. Geach in high regard because he is a perfectionist who is knowledgeable and genuinely caring. I am deeply grateful for his patience and precision. The staff are each experienced and pleasant but his work alongside Glenda is truly superior.

I am a dentist in Los Angeles and this post is long overdue. I have my own office in Los Angeles and recently experienced some difficulties with a patient in pain. I reached out to Dr. Geach for advice as he is a well known and experienced specialist part of the Los Angeles Dental society. I was expecting some general advice from Dr. Geach but instead he graciously took time out of his busy schedule and actually came to my office and physically examined the patient with me and gave me his professional advice and opinion for the best interest of the patient. His concern was not money or referrals but rather the genuine wellbeing of my patient as one would expect from a selfless doctor. I don't have any other professional relationship with this doctor and he did not ask for anything in return for his time and help. It is refreshing to know that there are still professional, selfless, and honest doctors and based on my experience with Dr Geach and his staff I would highly recommend him as someone who is the true definition of a professional doctor. Knowledgeable, reliable, thoughtful, friendly, artistic, and, probably most importantly, gentle. The whole team makes a visit to the dentist more of a pleasure than a chore. I consider the cost an excellent value considering the extremely high value and high quality service they provide. (Full disclosures: I haven't shopped dental fees because I'm so happy with the service they provide, however I understand they are, more or less, industry standard)
