Dr. Brad Gaynier has a passion for creating beautiful smiles. Originally from Michigan, Dr. Gaynier received his Bachelors degreefrom Michigan State Universityand Doctorof Dental Surgeryfrom the University of Detroit Mercy. He then completed his orthodontics specialty residency at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FLwhile simultaneously conducting research on maxillary expansion. Dr. Gaynier is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodonticsand practiced for many years in South Carolina before moving to El Paso to head a well-established orthodontic practice that has been serving the El Paso communityfor more thanfive decades.
Dr. Gaynier regularly attends continuing education seminars to stay current in orthodontics. Heis an active member of the El Paso dental communityand is a member of the committee thatplans the annual El Paso Dental Conference. He stays further connected through membership inprestigious professional organizations:
Dr. Gaynier and his wife are the proud parents of three sons. Away from the office, they enjoy exploring El Paso, exercising, trying new cuisine, playing retro board games, watching the Detroit professional sports teams, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Gaynier and family regularly participatein community service.

This is the best place to get the invisaline and braces; been going here for years for daughters braces and both me and my wife invisaline. Sam is great; been working with her for over 12 years and prices are reasonable, as well as easy payment packages. SAM is the best, all staff is professional and courteous going to miss the staff and doc when we move to San Antonio in a few months.

My daughter had an appointment, it was her first time here and I have to say the staff and doctor were so nice and friendly! We did not have to wait long to be seen, the whole process was fast and efficient. Great Job !

We have had nothing but an amazing experience here at Dr. Gaynier's offices! Getting braces is never easy especially for a 9yr old and they are patient and kind. Every time we need to go in for a repair they are super accommodating and fast!

I Would recommend to anyone! I had a fixed retainer that broke and had no help anywhere. Either was hung up on or appointment for the next week with little compassion. They offered compassion for my situation and did as much as they could to assist me. Even was 100$ cheaper than another quote for an appointment later than what I was given here. Very thorough and complete with information of cost and details of the procedure. The replacement of the retainer went quickly and painless (I have very sensitive teeth). I am in awe over such a wonderful team. I am so leary of dentists of any kind and would go back to Gaynier in a heartbeat . Thank you so much for helping me not suffer anymore days with a broken wire, permanent retainer, in my mouth.

Every appointment, the receptionist knows me by name, and the appointments go very well. I would definitely recommend Gaynier Orthodontics to anyone looking for braces, and more! Very kind employees at Gaynier Orthodontics. I felt very comfortable at this orthodontic practice, and truly appreciate the mindfulness of my medical condition. Although I only had a retainer from my previous orthodontist fixed, I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Gaynier has an excellent bedside manner, and he is very professional. The front desk staff and orthodontic assistants were all very welcoming and friendly. I have had braces off and on for three years in different states, and this was the friendliest office I have visited. Thank you for helping me with my retainer situation in such a short amount of time!

The entire staff was friendly and professional specially Stepanie. They honestly care and explianed everything with detail and made sure I had no doubts or questions.They let me enter the area where my daughter was being worked on. This was our first visit, they put her top braces on today. The dentist was so nice he greeted all his patients, you can tell he loves what he does. Highly recommend Gaynier Orthodontics, he has two locations, NE and Westside.
