Dr. Brad Gaynier has a passion for creating beautiful smiles. Originally from Michigan, Dr. Gaynier received his Bachelors degreefrom Michigan State Universityand Doctorof Dental Surgeryfrom the University of Detroit Mercy. He then completed his orthodontics specialty residency at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FLwhile simultaneously conducting research on maxillary expansion. Dr. Gaynier is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodonticsand practiced for many years in South Carolina before moving to El Paso to head a well-established orthodontic practice that has been serving the El Paso communityfor more thanfive decades.
Dr. Gaynier regularly attends continuing education seminars to stay current in orthodontics. Heis an active member of the El Paso dental communityand is a member of the committee thatplans the annual El Paso Dental Conference. He stays further connected through membership inprestigious professional organizations:
Dr. Gaynier and his wife are the proud parents of three sons. Away from the office, they enjoy exploring El Paso, exercising, trying new cuisine, playing retro board games, watching the Detroit professional sports teams, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Gaynier and family regularly participatein community service.

Kinda and friendly staff! Experienced and knowledgeable, we moved into the area mid orthodontic treatment and Dr Gaynier was able to pick up where our previous orthodontist left off without any issues. So glad we found them!

I've been wearing my retainer for 40 years and it broke. I called around to different orthodontics and the pricing is fair to replace my retainer here. It's not the highest, and it's not the lowest. It's just in the middle. What really sets this office apart is the friendliness of the staff. Samantha was very happy and cheerful. They took lots of pictures of my teeth to document how they are aligned and affect my face/mouth. The office is really cool looking, not super clinical looking. Everybody seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. They were honest and telling me about the three options of retainers I could get. I'm sticking with the old fashioned wired retainer as they last the longest, about 20 years. They made it painless and easy and Dr Garnier seems very friendly and knowledgeable. If I had children, I would trust to come to this orthodontist. They try and get you in and out as quickly as possible. They have a nice brushing teeth area so you can clean out the crud between your teeth.
