Moved to Gaylord in January 2022 and have been to the dentist three times. Can't say enough from the beginning, they have made me feel welcomed. Cleaning, emergency and a new crown, excellent service at a reasonable cost. Recommended to our neighbor Jim and he said the same.

The dentist and assistants are excellent: professional and expert. One of the office staff, unfortunately soured my experience considerably first by failing to send the doctor's referral to an Endodontist, thus delaying treatment, and then failing to send a prescription for pain medication to my pharmacy when I was having intense pain from an infection. Perhaps more training is needed, but that is small comfort to customers who expect competent service.

I would not recommend this place to anybody, Just because I don't have a high-end insurance I'm treated like a piece of dirt. I'm in a extreme amount of pain With half a tooth nerve exposed in my mouth and they refuse to help me.

I have been a patient for numerous years and am completely satisfied with my hygienist and Dr Koenig. Crystal does an amazing job cleaning my teeth and makes me feel comfortable. Dr Koenig explains every procedure well. And the girls at the front desk are knowledgeable in scheduling and billing.

This has been my favorite dentist in the Gaylord area my entire life. They no longer take adult Medicaid dental so my coverage isn't accepted. I thought I'd get my son into them cause he's 3 and my personal opinion is they are great. Literally just like the pediatrician office can't listen to the parents just push their poisons. This is the one time they will ever put fluoride in my child's mouth. Next time I won't be so accommodating since they couldn't accommodate me for my request.

Ive been a patient here for 20 years. The dental hygenists are great and Dr. Koenig is the best. I recently had a broken tooth extracted. I was in and out of the chair in 30 minutes and Dr. Koenig did a great job

Worst Dentist ever. Rinfusz took money from me and Ins. Then refused to complete the service. That's Ins fraud. Not one problem all paid up and when I showed up to get my plate he refused to see me. Screamed at me that this wasn't his issue. Talked over top of me wouldn't let me respond. Office staff is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Find a dentist that will be upfront and honest with you someone who will listen to your needs. This guy doesn't do that. He retaliated by forcing me to restart the process my husband as well. I have contacted Ins, Better Business, Chamber of comerce, and a lawyer as well as the dental board.

I just love how this office and dentist is with my kiddos! Always super patient and kind! Best dentist for kids in my opinion!
