I have always received great service here, but I am very unhappy with my recent experience. I was scheduled for a procedure unable to get it done no fault of the Dr. Gavric, but I paid for the service. I was due a refund months ago. I called to inquire about the refund to find out it was sent to an old address. For me to get my refund I the patient had to pay for the stop payment on the check $30. Normally when you go to a medical facility you are given a form to fill out for updates of insurance, address or medical history. That never happened, so I do not feel I should have to pay the charge. Very unprofessional move on the the their part. Time to evaluate if I will continue with them as a patient. Disappointed and unhappy patient

Imagine going to the same dentist for 8 years only to show up to your last appointment exactly 15 minutes late after confirming with the office that you were on your way only to be told that you need to reschedule and the next appointment is over 2 months away. Yes I was 15 minutes late, but I've always waited up to 15 minutes or more even when I'm on time, so if they are so strict why the wait when I'm on time? Also, after 8 years they should know my appointments have NEVER taken the full allotted time. I take exceptional care of my teeth in between appointments, have zero cavities, zero issues. I'm very sure my routine cleaning could have been done in the remaining time. After 8 years, you shouldn't be treating a long-time patient like a stranger. Staff may change and don't know me, but the point remains I've been going here too long for all factors not to be considered. That being said, Dr. Gavric and Laura at the front desk are very nice and professional. They also did a great job with my teeth over the years. I've moved on to a new dentist very close to my house now so I guess this was necessary to save me the drive I continued to make out of loyalty.

I just absolutely love this dentistry. I was traumatized by my prior dentist and legit hated the thought of even going to one. My co-worker actually told me about this dentist and I am so thankful he did because this place is incredible. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and make you feel like family. They remember you when you come in and make sure you don't feel like "just another patient". Really, I cannot say enough great things about this place and the people. Especially Dr. Alvarez!! I hope he never retires or I will probably cry lol!! Do yourself a favor and get your teeth taken care of, but do it here!! 10+ stars if I could!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I have NEVER had a BETTER dental experience then I had at Gavric. From the very first conversation I had to book the appointment, to the time I left from my first appointment was FABULOUS!! I hate going to the dentist and I have moved around a lot, so I have had at least 6 dentists in my lifetime. I am so happy I found Gavric!! The ENTIRE staff is friendly, cheerful, warm, welcoming, and helpful. My hygienist seemed like a longtime friend; Holly is great! She did a thorough cleaning, but was gentle and constantly informed me of what she was doing and made sure I felt comfortable. Dr. Ryan Dagen was so friendly, listened to my concerns, addressed them, and was super efficient and gentle with his exam. I highly, highly recommend Gavric if you are looking for new dental care. They will treat you like family!

Was attempting to shop around for a new dentist in the area, but the receptionist (Ashton?) was so rude and short with me that I'll need to keep shopping. I had a few questions about my insurance as well as services offered bc I have high anxiety w dental visits after a previous nightmare experience. Unfortunately she couldn't be bothered to lend more than her attitude. If you work in a medical related field, basic empathy is the bare minimum.

I just attempted to make an appointment with Gavric Dental. Once I gave the scheduler my insurance information over the phone (name of the insurance company first, then all of the associated numbers), she indicated that they stopped carrying Cigna in July. She indicated that she would have to get pre approval, that there would be an extra charge, and that other patients willingly pay extra. I let her know that I would check with other dentist instead. Shen then just hung up on me, which was was very unprofessional.

First, my crown that I received here is faulty and I will choose to go somewhere else to get it fixed. It always hurts and has a gap in it. Second, I was charged a no show fee even after I explained that my daughters whole class, my sister in law and my husband tested positive for Covid. To be sure to note: I have great dental insurance and I have never been late for a bill or payment. I actually recall being late for my first appointment weeks postpartum (breast feeding in the car before a 7am appointment) and my appointment was cancelled because of it so I guess the signs have been there all along. Professional, sure...but lacking humanity and empathy, definitely. In response to your reply: my appointment was at no charge because of a mistake that was made on the original service. It was not an appointment I wanted to make. It was to fix a mistake made at the practice. Second, how can I let you know in advance about covid results that come in on the morning or night before my appointment??? Covid has no schedule or consideration for a dentist appointment. This is why the spread has been what it is. People are afraid of 180 service charges so would come and give it to their dentist and the assistants. Let me also address: this isn't about the money. This is about the principal of what else was I supposed to do with a sick one year old and a sick spouse and a sick pregnant woman in my home....for an appointment that I would not have to make if it weren't for a mistake the dentist made. Does this make sense???

I'm not sure I can say it better than all the amazing 5 star reviews on here. These folks are top notch professionals. I found them when I moved to Atlanta 8 years ago and couldn't have asked for a better team to help me with my dental needs. Everyone from the doctors, to the hygienist to the front desk ladies are absolutely a pleasure to work with. I will miss them all as I embark on my adventure to a new state. Thank you Gavric Associates!

I've visited many dental providers in several states over the years and in a very short period of time Gavric has become my FAVORITE. Today I visited Dr. Dagen for the second time following an initial visit with Dr. Gavric. Polite, laid back, knowledgeable and efficient...at the same time. Their Dentists and support are not "good" rather EXCELLENT thus far. From salutation to mindful tool manipulation so you don't feel like someone is trying to rebuild the London Bridge in your mouth, they've set a new standard in my expectations from the Dental professionals. I thoroughly appreciate the attention to detail, the mindful explanation of procedure and thoughtfulness when answering questions...oh and the smiles! Thank you and your team for providing excellent care!

Visiting the dentist can be an unpleasant experience, but Dr. Gavric, Melissa, Laura and the entire staff really go out of their way to make visits as easy and stress-free as possible. I've had several visits over the past few weeks and while I would never call them fun, each visit was always better than I thought it would be. This office is prompt, relaxed and as friendly as possible... they explain the procedure as it happens and check to make sure I'm as comfortable as possible. I can't imagine considering another dentist as long as Dr. Gavric and her team are practicing- they really are a pleasure!

After a bad experience years ago at another dentist office I was left with a terrible phobia of dentist. This cause me to avoid care until I had a tooth blow up on me this weekend. So on top of being incredibly fearful I was in very intense pain. Despite this Dr. Gavric was able to diagnose me and get me out of pain. Her assistant was also very genital while taking my x-ray. I am incredibly grateful.

THE best!! I've been seeing Dr. Gavric for almost 5 years now. They make "going to the dentist" a good experience, so much so that I haven't missed a cleaning since my first visit. Very friendly & professional. Highly recommend, even for those who "hate the dentist"!

They are very ridiculous. Before visiting their office I made a call and asked them about charging .. They said examination is free , nothing will be charged for examine. After 1.5 years later they sent me $150 bill and asked me to pay it and threatened me If you don't pay, we will send it to collection agency. They are very rude and charge for no service and I will not recommend anyone to go there.

I unfortunately wasn't able to have work done here because they don't take my particular dental insurance, but I have to say Ashton was a breath of fresh air on the phone. She went above and beyond, finding the number for my insurance company, finding out if Gavric takes it, and getting back to me promptly. I called Gavric because I saw a few recommendations of it in a large Facebook group.

I love the staff I love the office. My family switched insurance so I had to go to another dentist. We immediately found out how superior gavric and associates are because of every employee, the beautiful space and the care the give you. They really are a bunch of special people.

Ms. Laura is rubish and tell a lie. She has given wrong information and charged more money without given any treatment. I would have given her in minus if I can. I will never recommend to anyone. Very disappointed.
