I got my partial from here a few months back, within a week a tooth fell out. Luckily that time they replaced it for no charge. But I had another tooth fall out, this time I still had the tooth. They charged me $180 just to glue the tooth back. Outrageous. They said it's a set repair fee. They have lost my business.

My Dad saw Dr. Gaither today and had 2 teeth pulled. He was in a huge hurry because his coworker was out and right after attempting to numb his tooth before pulling, he pulled before it was numb. My dad told him he could still feel everything & the dentist ignored him & continued to pull the tooth. He didn't wait for the numbing to take effect. Zero concern that it was excruciating pain. Also left his gums abnormally swollen. Completely unprofessional & my dad will never return. Blown away by the lack of concern. Even his office staff was apologizing for his behavior!

I've been a patient of Dr Gauthiers for 17 years. When I asked his assistant-Amanda, if I could write a post dated check for when my SSDISABILITY went in she said absolutely not, she lectured me on how the lab had to be paid immediately. The check was post dated for 6 days. I told her I couldn't have the work done then and she said she'd check with Dr Gauthier. So about 10 minutes later they both came back into the room and started working on my dental problem. Neither of them said a word! I cannot tell you how utterly embarrassing this was to me. I intend to get my partial that this money paid for and I will not return to Dr Gauthiers office to be berated and put down again. So much for 17 years of patronage!

Dr Gauthier and his team are next to none. Efficent painless & knows his stuff. I have been using him for 20+ years and wouldn't concider another. Tina is one of the most caring and informative techs I have ever met. This Dr really cares and that is becoming more and more rare these days. Thank you for all you do!!!

Dr Gauthier and his staff are so kind and attentive. He explains the procedure and talks through what he is doing at each step to make you feel at ease. I'm so glad my family found him. You won't be disappointed.

Had my initial consult yesterday and was very pleased. No trouble making an appointment, the staff was very friendly, things seemed to run smoothly and Dr. Gauthier was extremrly friendly and personable. Took time to give me options and answer my questions.

I just finished my first visit here. Let me first say that I don't know any of the staff. I am new to the area and have a crazy work schedule. So when a filling came out and the tooth broke I needed to have an appointment made. My wife literally called every dentist office in a 70mi radius. I had one day to have both a new patient exam and the work done. It took the office a week to squeeze me in, but even still no one else could/would do it within a month. When I arrived we were a few minutes late and were given no grief over it. The staff was amazing and took me right back while my wife did the paper work. Once I got back the assistant asked questions about xrays and actually cared if I have had them done recently because of the cost. When those were done and Kurt came in holy crap. Real down to earth, wasn't at all preachy, but was very informative about what needed to happen and what could wait. They were very willing to go over a schedule for work I needed to have done without being pushy. He was awesome and I felt the least amount of dental discomfort I have ever felt. That being said it was next to none, but dental pain has never really bothered me. He worked very quickly and did an amazing job on three fillings that I needed. He also took extra time to make sure my bite was returned to normal with the fitting of them. My 3yo was in the waiting room and getting bored. They allowed him to come back a few times to look my room and were very polite and pleasant. Its worth mentioning that they were short staffed and the place wasn't packed. So this is to attest to their mentality, I'm sure if the place was busy it would have not been the case. Overall I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a good dentist. Especially those around Ft. Polk that don't have time to shop around. Make the drive and you will not be disappointed.
