They charged me $350 for veneers that were not the right size. They told me they were sorry and they will make new ones for me. So they installed temporary veneers that fell in the same day.. I asked for a refund and they refused..

The service in this office is Terrible, the customer service of the front desk staff is extremely unprofessional, they are rude, they only got excited to get you as a new patient but after that they don't care anymore, my second cleaning of the year was rescheduled by the office not by me and after they canceled when I called back to reschedule they can't find any other time for my cleaning until NEXT YEAR.Very poor relationship office-patient. If you want to get your 2 dental cleaning of the year done don't go there. They don't listen to you or try to accommodate you in any way. Looks like they have some many patients that they don't mind losing one. I work in the field and this front desk girls don't even try to help you, they told you we don't have anything else available and hang up the phone meaning if you can get your other cleaning done it's your own problem and they don't care. If you want to find a dental place that values you as a patient this is definitely no the office.

My first time at Gattis School Road Dental. Very friendly staff. They provided me with a treatment plan for my condition complete with cost estimates. I highly recommend them.

I'm nearly 50 and I've been to a lot of dentists in my life in the various places I have lived. Without any doubt or hesitation, I say that this dentist office is the best of the best of the best. Please do yourself a favor and become a patient yesterday. Had I know this place was this good, I would have become a client the day I moved to Texas.

I went to this dental office it was my first time going here, and it will be my last time. The staff that I encountered was very unfriendly, toward me I did notice that unfriendliness wasn't towards all patients, This office is located close to my home is my primary reason for wanting to establish as a patient. Your first impression is your lasting one. I will not recommend this office to anyone unless they want to be ignored.

I was really believing that they were reccomending a toothbrush that they believed would be best for me, until I was told they also sold this toothbrush and I could get it today as I checked out. Hmmm. Maybe lose the sales pitch and let's just clean my teeth.

Gattis School Road Dental is by far the best. The front office and back office staff are very friendly. The Dentist and his Assistant were very attentive the whole exam. Unlike other offices I've been to Gattis School took the time and gave me my dental estimate upfront.

Billed me over $300 for sealants done over a year before even though insurance paid for 80% and I paid the rest off. I kept getting different amounts owed until my account was audited and showed I owed $45 for something entirely different. I'm sure I did t even owe that but I'd rather pay and never come back. Question every bill from here.

After having a terrible experience at another local dentist office I came to Gattis School Road Dentist hoping for something better. Everyone was so fantastic. From Brooke and Katie behind the front desk to Kaela who cleaned my teeth. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. The dentist was amazing as well. I hate visiting the dentist (havent been in over 2 years) and everyone made my experience so pleasant!

Great experience! The doctor was amazing and his assistant, Sasha was definitely the star of the show! Office manager was super friendly and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the ladies who sit at the front desk weren't great with communication.
