Dr. Robert Gatling grew up in Jacksonville, Fl. He attended Landon Jr/Sr High School until the 8th grade. Dr. Gatling graduated high school from The Bolles School. He received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia.

I have had Dr. Gatling for my dentist number of years. My husband, Mother, daughter, and grandchildren. Very professional, good in each of his procedures and checkups. I highly recommend him.

Dr Gatling and his Crew are the BEST!! Shannon is so AWESOME...she does superb work and is so friendly. I,ve been going here for a long time great service and everyone is so friendly and they do great work!

I have been going to Dr Gatling since 1991, when I was in 6th grade. I stumbled upon these reviews when pulling up the phone number to make an appointment. All I can say is hogwash. Something else most likely happened, not the fault of the office or dentist, to cause the bad review. I always choose Dr Gatling, even though my employer's dental plan doesn't cover him. I pay out of pocket, he is that good. In fact, I was calling for an appointment today to have a crown placed. I am happy to give him my cash, because he is wonderful and does great work. Dr Gatling came in on Christmas Eve one year to emergently fix my Dad's tooth. My dad wasn't even his patient. My mom's best friend was a long time patient of Dr Gatling, he recognized that her thyroid cancer came back and urged her to see her oncologist. Dr Gatling is an extensively knowledgeable dentist, who cares about his patients. Also, I am a pretty large female, I have always been fat, and he has NEVER made a comment about it. My appearance has never even come up, except for my beautiful teeth (because he sent me to Dr Garner) So to that lady who is making claims about him saying that to her daughter, quite simply ma'am, you are lying.

I've worked for Dr. Gatling, years ago, and I continue to go back to him for all of my dental work. I KNOW that his work is top quality, because I've seen a full spectrum in this and other cities, and he's incredibly gentle as well.

I have been here several times, Dr. Gatling is a fantastic dentist and has a wonderful staff that never fails to make my day! I have never felt like a pin cushion as they work and everyone is always so nice it's hard to imagine going anywhere else. If you are looking for a new practice that knows their stuff and can take care of you, then look no further!

I've worked for Dr. Gatling, years ago, and I continue to go back to him for all of my dental work. I KNOW that his work is top quality, because I've seen a full spectrum in this and other cities, and he's incredibly gentle as well.

Been going here for years, however the office manager needs to learn how to talk to people. Will be finding another dentist because of her. Everyone else has been nice and professional. But if you have to deal with her, and you will, it is not pleasant.

Do yourself a favor and do not go to this dentist! My family has been patients there for years and they over charge immensely especially if you have dual insurance and they think they can get more money. I paid in cash for dental work that was not done correctly and now they want to re charge me again for something I have already paid for. And the biggest issue I have is that he is not professional at all. He told my teenage daughter with aspbergers who wasn't even his patient that she was fat and needed to lose weight and she had her in tears!! There are to many good and reputable dentist to get stuck with this one.
