Find another dentists office!!! Completely horrible service! Called and gave them my insurance info had to call them 2 weeks later to see if they called my insurance Network they called me back a few days later and told me they aren't sure if I'm covered I have blue cross blue shield by the way and said if I wasn't covered I'd have to pay out of pocket and it should only be about 300 bucks but no way to know if I'm covered until after I have my appointment! I feel like they should know this upfront (are you kidding me) (first red flag) so I get my appointment for a month and a half later, they called on Monday to see if I was going to confirm my appointment for Wednesday I was at work so called them back and had to leave a message because nobody picked up the phone telling them I was confirming the appointment and I'd see them Wednesday. I walk In On Wednesday (left work early btw) and they Said to me you canceled your appointment which I did not! And said pretty much they didn't have anything else for me that would work with my schedule so I left!! Don't waste your time find another office! You've been warned!

Dentist visits are scary...but this place makes me feel safe with each visit. Not only are they professional and effective in their work; they are also amazing at building a secure sense of community. Everybody here is thoughtful, and genuinely cares about the patients. I have grown with this dentist for many years, and they have never once let me down. They always find a way to work with my busy schedule and make sure I get the treatment that every human deserves. I am thankful to the years of professional work they have provided me! Choose this dentist if you appreciate clean spaces, kind people, and diligent dental care. They are FANTASTIC!

This office is great! Dr. Chuop and the staff were helpful and incredibly friendly! I have been going to this office for many years now and I never seem to be disappointed in any aspect. To start off, the office is organized, clean, and full of great vibes! As soon as I entered the office I was greeted by the front desk in a friendly matter. As soon as the short wait was over, I was treated by Dr. Chuop who addressed my issues attended to them carefully. My overall experience with this office was delightful and was not a let down. I would recommend this office to all and especially to those who have had a bad experience in the past ;). I will continue to visit this office and will never consider another option. Thanks for the crowns and cleaning over the years!!

I've been to this office since I was a little girl. The doctor is a great doctor, and I can tell she really cares about her patients. The staff members are so nice and the office is so clean. Every time I go I don't have to wait long. I recommend this office to everyone and my friends.

I've been coming to this office for about 3 years now and the service here is great. The staff is friendly the office is clean and the doctor really takes the time to give me my proper treatment. I am so pleased with their service and I'd recommend them to all my friends and family.

I have been a patient for four years now, as a picky patient I feel like I've picked a great office. The staff is great and Dr. Chuop does outstanding work. The office is super clean, and when I get my one on one time with the doctor she doesn't rush and that's what I look for in a doctor. Super professional, nice and sweet. I can tell the doctor and her staff take the time to get to know their patients, and I don't plan on going anywhere else.

I love this dental office! The staff is friendly and professional and I really feel that Dr. Chuop goes out of her way to make you feel as comfortable as possible. She also addressed issues that my old dentist didn't take the time to consider. The office itself is also very clean. I will never go to another dentist :)

I've been a patient of Dr. Chuop for 5 plus years now and will continue on having her as my dentist. Dr. Chuop is really sweet, kind and nice. Also, she is definitely knowledgeable in her work as a dentist. She takes her time on her patients and never rushes. Office is very clean, staff is nice and respectful. I would definitely recommend Gateway Family Dental.

Thanks to Dr Choup and the girls for making me feel so comfortable and welcome ! My teeth was in pretty bad shape and dr Choup fixed that and she educated me how to take better care of my teeth to prevent gum diseases and avoid overal related heath issue with infections. Now i only need to go there twice year for cleaning! Not to mention the office is very clean, peaceful and feel private !

I have been a patient here for over 3 years and have never had an unpleasant visit. I came here after multiple bad experiences with my previous dentist. Dr. Chuop has met and surpassed my expectations. I couldn't recommend a better office than Gateway Family Dental. The staff is friendly, polite, and always do their best to make you feel right at home.

WORST dentist ever! Serena has no people skills what so ever. She bad mouths every other dentist in the world. Makes all sorts of demands about records from previous dentist. Look out if your child has braces! Very bad experience!
