UPDATE: I had switched insurance carriers and had a billing issue with the office. Even though it took a while for it to get corrected, Gateway Dental came through and did the right thing. I am appreciative that they did the right thing, so many businesses do not these days. Gateway Dental will have me as a client for a long time to come! *********** I am so happy they moved into Gateway! The staff is very friendly, from the moment you walk through the door. The Dentists are very thorough and go that extra mile to make sure you understand what is going on. I highly recommend them!

I had work done on a rear molar cavity 10 days ago. Within four days, I began having cold like symptoms. I have been in pain and eating Motrin and Advil like skittles. Nothing subsides the pain except for sleep. I contacted Gateway Dental Suites and they told me that "they had no availability because of season"... It has been 7 business days and no contact. I had to have my personal doctor prescribe me with amoxicillin just to get rid of any possible infection. 10 days after my temporary crown was put in, it cracked in half...on a Friday night...this dentist is not open on Friday, Saturday (except for one a month) and Sunday. My insurance will not cover an emergency dentist to work on the same crown that they just worked on. Trust me... DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. You will have continuous pain and they will treat you like just a number...just an invoice....

They take the time to really get to know their patients and provide them with the knowledge they need about the procedure(s) to feel comfortable. I was nervous and they were very kind and reassuring.

I started going to this practice last year, everything was ok while I was seen by one of the two dentists in this location, although I never received a friendly welcome from the front desk. I had a root canal in August 2020 with the other dentist, since the one I had already be seen was absent at that time and I specifically asked if I could come back to replace the temporary filling in January 2021, when my new insurance plan would kick in, since I would also planning to do a very expensive treatment, and I was told that this was ok. Long story short, last month my tooth started hurting, probably it was infected again, because the temporary filling was removed. I went back to the office last Thursday 3/4 and I explained what happened to a very unfriendly associate (assistant?) - I saw my previous dentist and arranged to schedule a new appointment for retreatment with him and to get a new quote for the remaining procedures. I was willing to schedule that appointment right away, but the same unfriendly associate explained to me that she wasn't able to schedule anything because their system was down at that moment and the lady at the front desk assured me that she would be calling me the next day to schedule my appointment. Today it's been a week I haven't heard anything back from their office, since they never called me so I understand that they probably forgot all about me, so I decided not to go back and to find another provider. I did call them myself and I explained what happened to Melanie, and I told her I was disappointed by the way they treated me as a patient, and this is why I am going to visit another provider, and she wished me good luck! It goes without saying I am not going back and I am not recommending the place as well.

Very pleasant visit. No waiting, cleaning and X-rays went very smooth. I mentioned I had a sensitive tooth because I had a crown re-glued 6 months ago. Turns out I just needed minor adjustment. I asked if they could do it same day and they made time for me same day!! Exceptional service!

Im very happy with my root canal, the staff is very friendly and my dental assistant who do my cleanings is the best, she's very gently whit my teeths and take care of me all the time Thanks to all.

Always get great care. Staff are excellent. Not happy about the $10 COVID Fee, especially since I wasn't told about it in advance. Masks, eye protection and gloves are all standard.

I had to find a new dentist because of insurance. So I researched quite a bit! This office very nice. Professional staff and very friendly! I went in thinking I needed a root canal....and found out it was a sinus problem! Going back soon for a cleaning.

New to the area in search of a dental group. I thought I had time but... A filling fell out. Yikes! Now what? Gateway Dental to the rescue. They got me in. Dentist and staff were professional and courteous. Every step of the way was explained. I found my new dental group. And yes, I'll try to brush, floss, and get regular checkups. Thank you.

I don't understand a charge for ppe of $10. Now didn't you always have to use ppe gear before and clean. This is not right places are taking advantage to charge more for the same service.
