Dr. Lance Carter has been practicing dentistry since 2014. He grew up in California and received his Bachelor degree at UC Davis. Dr. Carter graduated from Columbia Dental School in NYC. His primary focus is providing high quality care and developing meaningful relationships with his patients and staff.
His goal as a dentist is to provide the best quality care in a stress free and comfortable environment. He has a gentle, and compassionate approach that makes both adults and children feel comfortable and secure that they are receiving the best quality care. His area of interests are general and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Carter performs all aspects of dentistry including tooth extractions, bone grafting, root canals, crown and bridge, fillings and dentures.
Dr. Carter has been very successful as a dentist in providing a stress free, comfortable atmosphere for his patients. This in turn helps him reach his goal of providing excellence in restoring and maintaining oral health. Together with his caring staff, they are here to help you achieve and maintain optimal dental health.
I Hedyeh Alvandpour have been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2008, graduated from Western Carrier College. Certified in X-Ray, Coronal Polish, CPR, and well experienced to perform all RDA duties.

Always a pleasure & great service. Repaired a temporary crown & prepared for the next step. I felt comfortable enough not to get numbed. And for me, that's a big deal. Lol Thank you for the comfort & excellent service.

Great dental office I've been coming here for 5 years. The staff is very nice and helpful. I like that they open twice a month on Saturday's, it helps out because it's so hard to take time off during the work week.

Been coming to this spot for years. A real hidden gem in Fairfield. I've never had any bad experiences here. Staff and management are really professional. I give this place 5 stars from management down to the receptionist Maria, who goes above and beyond not just for the company but for us patients. Thanks you guys keep up the great work!

I've been going to this dentist for years and have always had a pleasant experience. Office is upscale and very clean. I never have to wait forever when have an appointment which is something I've experienced with other dental offices. The staff is magnificent and continues to deliver 5 star customer service.

First of let me say I do not like going to the dentist, but this office right here I will go to anytime of the day. The staff is so friendly and nice, they make you feel like you are not at a dental office. And let me tell you the doctor is very handsome. The front receptionist (cristina) is very kind and knowledgeable. I like that they can explain to you before hand of any charges before they get to the dirty work. I highly reccomend this dental office.

Every time I visit it's an amazing experience! The staff are so polite and are really there to help you and take care of you! The waits are not that long, they provide entertainment during your wait, and when you go in they explain everything to you and answer all your questions and concerns! This is a really amazing place to go to, they treat every customer like family!

Gateway Dental Group is a fantastic place for dental service. They go beyond to meet the patients needs and their very friendly. The team will take the time to explain in detail what is going on.I have not once felt like they were rushing me. The dentists took his time with my service and explaining to me what I needed and the best route. The team is knowledgeable regarding your service.The team/dentist are very patient with you. The best part about going to Gateway Dental besides their customer service, everybody knows your name your not walking into a place where you don't feel like you're not welcomed.They make you feel like family. The whole team is fantastic.
