An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I just want to say that I truly recommend Avondale Gateway Dental staff is very nice to talk. About the dentist dentist Chris I like him that he explains everything he doesn't force you he gives you options and his dentist assistant Monica she's the greatest same with her she explains and tells me in words that I could understand a big kudos for her

We are moving out of state and won't be able to come here anymore and I am so sad! This is seriously the best dental place. Always treat my family and I with respect, go over coverages, and look out for our best options. Our insurance was ending today and got us in for a last minute cleaning. Very genuine! From the staff to the dentists, you all will be missed!!

Dr Reid's is the best Dentist. I would not go any where else. I've been going to him for over 15 years. I broke a tooth and had exam taken. He couldnt save it it was pretty broken. We discussed options and I had it pulled. He started the bridge. I don't like the shots at all but he's good at that too. The staff there are really friendly and nice as well.

Had an absolutely great experience with Dr Green and the staff at the office, especially the hygenist who helped clean up my teeth. I was very self conscious coming here since I haven't been to the dentist since covid, but they were very professional and social and it made me feel a lot better during my visit. They are always fast & efficient. I usually see Dr Greene with asst Tana. Everyone is friendly. Dr takes time to answer questions/concerns. I would recommend this practice

I just had a wonderful dental experience! Everyone was friendly, kind and professional. The office is clean and welcoming. I get really bad anxiety when I go to the dentist, and I usually have a hard time during the xray part But here they did so amazing made me feel comfortable. Candice the dental assistant I think noticed I was a little scared and made it easier on me she was so kind, & gentle. The Dentist dr Green she was also really kind and helpful. This was my first time there and they made it the best dental experience I've ever had ... thank you Gateway

The overall experience was very poor. Angela did a great job on my cleaning but Dr Reid told me I had to have a bridge or implant that was not covered by my insurance. They charged me over 500 out of pocket for a deep cleaning and didn't talk about my insurance. In fact I paid out of pocket and had to callback and ask them to run it after I have paid for services I didn't ask for and weren't covered. For a second opinion I went to Dr clausen who's staff went over everything before and after. Turned out that I only needed a crown. When I questioned why not a root canal i was told it wasn't necessary because the tooth in question wasn't even in any pain. GET A SECOND OPINION

I am impressed with the quality of the care they give, the courteous staff and the advanced equipment used. I feel this gives an advantage over all other dentists I have ever seen I the past. In the past I have had problems with a small filling staying in. Every time it fell out a bigger hole had to be drilled. When I came to Gateway dental, right away the x-ray showed this tooth as a problem. This tooth looked like a bag of rocks stacked and holes in between not sealed. Gateway Dental cleaned it out, created a crown that day in the office and I was finished in under 2 hours. There was no temporary cap for me to come back.. I walked out complete. They make everything you need right there. Their expertise is outstanding and I trust them. I will never go anywhere else.

I was in absolute pain and could not get into any dentist office I called gateway dental and although they said that they were booked they still find a way to slide me in and I must say that I was very very pleased with the service from the staff and from doctor lillian wang.who was very professional kind and courteous and did a great job with dealing with my root canal I could not have asked for more than what I had received I definitely would refer this dental office to everyone one that I come across
