Gateway Dental opened in the fall of 2000 under the direction of Dr. Calabria and Dr. Ellis. After more than 20 years of practicing together in Dallas, they were excited about opening and building a practice from the first opening door. Their goal was to provide quality dentistry in the growing Colleyville-Grapevine area.
Because this well-established practice has built lasting relationships with families since 2000, the team is proud to acknowledge that many new patients come to the clinic by word of mouth referrals. The team looks forward to meeting the dental needs of their new and old patients in a caring and supportive manner.
While some of the most commonly requested dental treatments at Gateway Dental include dental implants and same-day crowns, this family-friendly team of experts also specializes in cosmetic dental procedures, sleep apnea devices, and TMJ treatment.

Everyone was very kind from the beginning to the end of my appointment. The atmosphere is always very calming, which is very nice especially to someone that may be nervous about going to the dentist. Dr Ellis made me feel very comfortable & right at home. He's also very personable.

I have been going here for years. I had a tooth broken off at the gum line, along with a cavity on my front tooth & a chipped tooth. I went in this morning to fix the broken tooth. She took her time and was able to fix all the issues in one visit. Honestly, Dr. Calabria is the best dentist I have been to in 30 yrs. She is so gentle and very precise in her craft.

Gateway Dental always makes me feel so welcome. We all get nervous going into the dentist office and they make it as comfortable as possible. Dr Calabria and Laura helped me with a new crown when one of my veneers broke. They mentioned it was not a good idea when I super glued it back on temporarily. I was able to get in quickly and they did an amazing job. The process went great and they treated me like a VIP. I'm newer to the area and their service is above and beyond. Carol and Roxanne are always smiling and kind in the front. Enrique and Dr Ellis are also fantastic. If you are in need of a simple cleaning or check up. I would highly recommend setting up an appointment today. Also, they can handle a lot of cosmetic and structural repairs in house. Thank you Dr Calabria and Laura!
