I needed two crowns and once again it was completely pain free! Dr Mayfield makes it fun and is always cracking jokes. He's very gentle too ! His sweet assistant Sarah is great as well. A shout out to Debrah and Belia for scheduling me so quickly! Super team effort.

Very professional and friendly service. Dr. Mayfield was thorough and spent time discussing the treatment I received as well as treatment needed. I recently moved to League City and was looking for a dentist. Dr. Mayfield was an excellent choice. I recommend him highly.

Had to switch to an in-network dentist after leaving a dentist we loved. Dr. Mayfield himself, seems like an okay guy, but I wasn't a fan of his staff, and here's why: I went in for a routine cleaning. I was told that I didn't qualify for a cleaning bc of something to do with my gums?? I was told they'd correct the gum situation and I'd need to come back 2 weeks later for a cleaning. I left with no cleaning, and was billed $120!!!! I didn't approve any services, and cannot imagine what cost me $120. I left with some mouthwash that was supposed to correct my "gum issue" and I'm pretty sure mouthwash doesn't cost that kind of money. I was there for under an hour, and no other procedures were performed other than poking my gums until they bled. I was furious! If a dentist wants to do something besides what a patient comes in for, it should be common practice to clear this with the patient. Especially, if the services cost money, and the patient is there for a routine cleaning that is covered by insurance 100%! Flash forward a few months, and my husband goes in for his "routine cleaning." We know our insurance covers this at 100% ... but, we were billed for $80 worth of services that were not discussed with or approved by my husband! I'm furious!!! We will never return to this dentist, and urge others to steer clear as well.

I searched for a new dentist when my dentist of over 30 years retired. Somehow I was led to Dr. Mayfield and his staff. They are absolutely wonderful people people who genuinely care about the patients. So much so that they make you feel like family. 5 starts just isn't adequate. Much love and appreciation to Dr. Mayfield and his wonderful staff!
