Our amalgam separator, a special water filtration system, allows for the environmentally sound disposal of old silver-mercury amalgam fillings. It physically removes over 99% of the amalgam particles from the waste water to prevent mercury pollution of our streams and rivers.
Angie has worked in the field of dentistry for over twenty years in many different capacities. She started as a dental assistant in a general practice in 1995. She also spent a year as a front office schedule coordinator. She decided to return to dental hygiene school in 2000 & has been working in the valley since her graduation. She joined Dr. Templeman's practice in September of 2005, and spent one day a week for the last 17 years in a periodontal specialty practice. Angie lives in Albany with her husband of 22 years, two sons, and her dog Bailey. In her free time Angie enjoys the outdoors, reading, camping, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.
Jessica has experience as a chair-side dental assistant, in addition to running the front office. She graduated from Linn-Benton Community College in 2002 with an associate's degree as well as becoming a certified dental assistant. Jessica joined Dr. Templeman's practice in March of 2007. Jessica lives in Albany with her husband and youngest child, and enjoys cooking, camping, gardening, and spending time with family, friends, and especially her grandchildren.
Tashia is the newest member of our team. She moved here from Northern California, where she graduated from the Santa Rosa Junior College Dental Assisting program in 2010. Tashia lives in Lebanon with her husband and two boys. She values family and the outdoors, making Oregon the perfect home.

You might want to consider getting a new X-ray set up -- the one you have, while effective, is clunky and somewhat flakey. Other than that, the appointment was good. Dr. Templeman appears both professional and knowledgable. Thanks much, C. F. Lawson

I recently had a root canal procedure at Dr. Templeman's office. Dr.T. and his assistant, Mary, worked efficiently and PAINLESSLY on my tooth for about an hour. They both were very professional, with hardly a word passing between them. When they were finished, Dr. T. put an x-ray image of my tooth up on a screen and described what he had done. It is impossible for me to imagine that I could have been in better hands. John Filson

I consulted with Dr. Templeman to get a second opinion about a dental condition. He spent 1/2 hour with me, took new photos, and shared his findings with me, and didn't charge for it! I liked him very much. He formed an easy rapport with me, explaining what he saw, and asking me questions. His receptionist is also very friendly and easy going, which I liked. The reason I give the office a 4 star rather than 5 is because the layout of the office allows noise and conversations to travel everywhere - no doors to muffle sound, and this made it harder to hear Dr. Templeman. Plus, I had a problem with the fluorescent lights on the low ceiling over the treatment chair. A towel over my eyes solved this problem easily.
