Dr. Palsis is a graduate of the University of South Florida and the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, the Schuster Centerfor Professional Development and the world-renowned Pankey Institute.

Dr. Palsis takes a gentle approach to dentistry and is known to his patients as ' Painless Palsis'. He will always take the time to explain all aspects of your treatment and answer any questions you may have. The goal of our entire dental team is to provide quality results and long term oral health.
Andrea has been in the dental field for over 20 years as an office manager, mostly in Massachusetts where she grew up. Andrea has made Brevard County her home for the past 5 years and enjoys spending time with her dogs, her family, and her two beautiful grandchildren.
Margarita has been in the dental field since 1994 as a chairside assistant. She is certified in Expanded functions and Radiology. She grew up in Boston Mass and is Bilingual ( Spanish.) She is a mother of two and a proud Grandmother of 5. She loves talking with Patients and making them feel comfortable.
Paula is a Registered Dental Hygienist who has worked with Dr. Palsis for over 26 years. She is also a graduate of the Schuster Center for Professional Development.Paula has acaring approach and enjoys helping patients achieve a healthy beautiful smile.
Debbie has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since her graduation from Palm Beach Jr. College in 1971. She enjoys continuing education classes, especially the hands-on classes that she has taken at the University of Florida. Her first 28 years of practice were in South Florida. Seven of those years were in offices which specialized in Periodontics, including the office of the President of the American Academy of Periodontology. Debbie joined Dr. Palsis' team upon her family's move north in 1999. She loves to combine her technical ability with her patients' efforts to keep their smiles healthy and beautiful. Debbie feels she has been privileged to work with several skilled and caring dentists through the years but considers herself blessed to be on Dr. Palsis' team because they combine dental excellence with compassion and fun.

Dr palasis is a great guy before I came here I was supposed to get 3 teeth pulled at BHA I got 1 tooth pulled 2 yrs ago and I had the worse experience. So I was nervous he calmed me down he really cares about his clients I HIGHLY recommend this guy I will NEVER go anywhere else . I never thought I would be happy to go to the dentist ever...

Dentist doesn't take insurance, you must pay for everything up front and then get a check back for your insurance provider. What a shame.

Dr Palsis is the greatest dentist! Been going to this dentist for over 20 years. Great care. Gives you an honest evaluation. Good with cowards, like me. Great treatment. Staff is exceptional also. New dental hygienist, Sheri, is a wonderful addition to the staff--very thorough cleaning!

I've been using Dr. Gary Palsis for over 20 years. He is a great dentist and a caring person. I had my cleaning and annual check up yesterday (2/15/21). His office staff have created a safe, but still welcoming, atmosphere during the pandemic. My teeth are very crowded and difficult to clean, but the dental hygienist did a great job. Dr. Palsis came in and gave me a thorough oral exam, took time to discuss some concerns I had, and recommended a couple of different treatment paths. Excellent service all around!

Professional, friendly, honest. His examination was thorough with great attention to detail. He took the time to explain things to me completely and in a way I could understand. Laid out all possible options and then helped me to put together a treatment plan that fit my needs. Staff was exceedingly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

In my experience, Dr. Palsis is extremely competent and thorough. He is skilled at making dental procedures as comfortable as possible, genuinely cares about his patients and will go the extra mile to ensure satisfactory outcomes are achieved. To top it off, his fees are very reasonable.

i have had bridges from Dr Palsis and I have no complaints. I have broken the temporary bridge a number of times and Dr Palsis and his professional staff cheerfully repair the damage. Have been a patient fpr 8-years.

I have been to a few dentist. Dr Palsis spent a lot of time on my first visit to not only X-ray my teeth but to spend the time to get to know me. It's the first time I have ever felt important and not just a patient. Second visit I felt like part of the family. Thank you Dr Palsis and staff. Your amazing. Highly recommended.

Dr Palsis is Fantastic! Immensely talented, he has a gift for creating smiles of perfection. Caring, quick, efficient, a great sense of humor, he listens to what you want and creates it for you, be it fit, function and/or appearance. I love Dr Palsis and so will you. Dr. Palsis has been our family dentist over 30 years. We have traveled to Melbourne from St. Cloud to stay with him. His staff is caring and patient. The best in my book.

Let me start by saying I have not been to the dentist in 3 years because of my fear of dentists! With that being said I researched every dentist in my area and decided on Dr. Palsis per his amazing reviews. His dental assistant Margarita was so caring and gentle, especially while taking x-rays which are always super uncomfortable. And Dr.Palsis was AMAZING! From start to finish he explained every thing he was doing and I did not feel one hint of discomfort or pain! He made me feel calm and comfortable. I want to also add that unlike other "chain" offices he did not try and sell me some crazy expensive treatment plan. He was very honest and didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. If you are a nervous Nellie like me when it comes to dentist Gary Palsis is where you should go! He lives up to his name painless Palsis!

I have been a patient since 1999 and plan on continuing until Gary retires, at which point I will have all my teeth pulled out, get dentures and call it a day. He has handled some very complicated oral mishaps that were problems created by previous dentists, and has ironed out all my dental problems painlessly! My hygienist is Paula who has the touch of an angel and I still can't figure out how she maintains my teeth without any feelings of poking, prodding or scraping. It's as if she hovers over my mouth and cleans my teeth with pixie dust. I love these people, I've recommended them to everyone in Brevard County in need of a dentist and I actually look forward to my visits. PS - Have some jokes. Dr. P. loves to laugh!
