Dr. Epstein is awesome. I had a crown break off and needed the roots extracted to prepare for an implant. I thought he was just getting started and he said he was done. He also makes you feel very comfortable. His personality is perfect for his kind of work. Always leaves you smiling.

I never write reviews for doctors' offices but I couldn't ignore the horrible feeling that I got trying to make an appointment for this oral surgeon's office. I called this office to make an appointment for my husband and they told me that they do not accept patients from Dental One Associate due to some conflict of interest. I called their Nottingham office by mistake and ask if they could take the appointment and they were willing to do so. When I noticed my mistake I immediately called back the office in Bel Air, to clear up why their office in Nottingham could schedule the appointment and they couldn't. I was put on hold for a very long time, obviously while they contacted their office in Nottingham. I was told that I never identified that I was with Dental One Associates and so she informed me once again they couldn't take the appointment. I did in fact identify which dental office I was with and they said nothing about this "conflict of interest." I felt very unwelcomed and given the run around. I called Dental One and they knew of no such conflict with them of course, but did offer to write a referral to another oral surgeon and my husband sees him this weekend. Yeah! I just wanted to say that it is unprofessional to have office practices where potential customers feel unwelcomed or on the receiving end of some war with another practice... I don't want to think about what might have happened if their other office made the appointment and my husband showed up only to be turned away when they realized what dental office he was from. They certainly have the right to refuse business, but next time all their offices and their employees needs to get their story straight before the refuse customers. Just to add as a warning to other Dental One Associates patients is why I felt it necessary to write this review.
