Have been with this practice for 20+ years. Spotless office, dedicated and empathetic staff. Carol, top-notch and well-educated/informed hygienist. Dr Borker is calming and trust his judgements and outcomes. Highly recommend. DP

Went back too many times for a filling. I finally decided to go to another Dentist and got it done right.

Dr. Gary is a highly trained expert in his filed. He is approachable, gentle and go above and beyond to make sure his patients have a beautiful and healthy smile.

Dr Borker was a nice man however his office staff "Carol" in particular is disorganized and did a poor job when verifying coverage with my dental insurance company. Dr. Borker is In Network so I went for a routine cleaning which is covered in my dental plan however Carol billed my insurance company for a different procedure "deep cleaning" which is not covered. I never agreed to a "deep cleaning" I agreed to a standard cleaning. Now 2 years later I am still fighting with them and my dental insurance provider about the bill. I wasn't surprised to find multiple other reviews complaining about the same types of issues. STAY AWAY!!

If you are out-of-network, please STAY away from this place! My gum was swollen one day and had to make phone calls around the Clark region to find a dental place, since my regular place was closed on Fridays. The secretary at Borker's office told me that even though I am out-of-network, my benefits and payment would be "EXACTLY the same as if I was in-network" because of my professional occupation. I asked the secretary multiple times over the phone before coming that day if it's truly exactly the same and she said YES. When I came into their office in the waiting room, the secretary emphasized AGAIN that my insurance was going to pay exactly the same as if I was in-network. I was relieved and continued with all procedures. Before I left that day, I paid a little over $100. That's fine. A few weeks later, I was mailed a balanced bill. I called their office to ask questions and I quoted the secretary. The secretary (Elaine) didn't know how to truly explain herself, so she mailed me my insurance 'explanation of benefits.' I called again today to ask about my bill. Carol picked up and told me that they HAD NEVER said anything like that to me. WHAT?!? Are you kidding me? Carol kept insisting that they never said anything about benefits and that I was responsible for all balanced payments since I'm out-of-network. I'm extremely shocked that they INTENTIONALLY mislead their patients to make a few extra bucks. Now, I have to pay another $200 on that new bill! Thanks, but no thanks! I'll pay this bill, and I'll NEVER go back here again! Plus, I will NEVER recommend any one to ever come to such a dishonest office. Disgusting! P.S. I liked Dr. Borker, but this is no way to do business. This is not an ideal way to handle situations with your patients, especially NEW patients. I really did consider going back to them because my gum improved, but after this phone call, NO THANKS. I will not support anyone or any business with this type of attitude and fraudulent behavior!

Best dentist I've ever been to. Carol and Elaine are great. I've never had a problem with insurance at all, and I've had several plans while being their patient for the past 7+ years! Carol and Dr. Borker are amazing, and Elaine is very friendly and helpful!

So this is my official rant on here. I visited Dr. Borker's office in late September. When I called the office to scedule my appointment, I spoke with the office Hygenist, a woman named Carol. As a hygenist, and not a receptionist, she atteneded to my initial phonecall as the Dr. was with a patient. I explained that I was interested in bringing my family to their practice as NEW patients. As customary she asked about my insurance and I rpovided all the numbers and group numbers and such...she said ok and scheduled me. I went in for a "comprehensive new patient exam" and 4 x-rays...the next appointment was simply a consultaition to make a plan of treament for me, at the same visit my wife was seen for her initial comp exam at the end of that visit I paid $53 for a co-pay. (??? ok heres my card)...The next visit on 10/07my wife had a filling, and the bill came in $650.?????? I called the insurance company and they told me "they are not in network" I explained that I was never told that, she said yes they are. I called the office and spoke with Carol again and her answer was "I'm sorry that there was a miscommunication"...THERE WAS NO MISCOMMUNICATION YOU NEVER TOLD ME ANYTHING ABOUT BEING OUT OF NETWORK!!! So I am left with a $650 bill and the feeling that I was cheated...granted I should have asked more questions, but Carol should have informaed me so I was not surprised....Endgame: no longer a patient On a side note the office and the staff are very very professional and the office looks great. I wish I could stay but I can't afford them, and simply it would have been nice to know that from jump street.

I was a scaredy cat and I had extensive problems with my teeth. Dr. Borker and the girls made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The office is spotless and they were always accommodating and on schedule. It took weeks to complete the dental work and I cant tell you how relieved and happy I am that I found Dr. Borker. I rave about them and my teeth are beautiful. They really TAKE GREAT CARE of their patients and will do anything in their power to keep you comfortable. I would send anyone there without hesitation.
