I am wring this review on behalf of my beloved friend Nancy Pearson.She was very impressed with Dr Chan and his staff. He made a very difficult extraction and tooth implant pleasurable. He has an excellent attitude and she highly recommends him to anyone who needs his Services! Thank you Dr Chan for taking such good care of my friend.

WOW! everyone was extremely friendly. Dr. Chan was so kind and efficient in the survey. He was nice i was done in less then in an hour and they removed 4. The best in the region. Believe me I called everyone around and I could not find anyone who worked the way this office did. I recommended

I had all four of wisdom teeth taken out 6 days ago and wanted to wait before I leave a review. My experience compared to friends of mine at different offices is night and day. I had no bleeding after the surgery, almost no swelling and was eating regular food after a few days. Him and his staff were great and the most painful part was getting stuck with the IV. I highly recommend this office.

What a great team! Dr. Chan is a great leader of his team! Everyone is pleasant and welcoming. My tooth extraction and bone graft went better than I expected. Dr. Chan and his team made me feel comfortable, his assistant even held my hand Keep up the great work!

I had excruciating pain for over 8 days .. Dr.Chans office got me in monday and surgery early first thing in the morning Tuesday. I am so pleased with how sweet and professional the whole team was. I want to thank all involved with my wisdom teeth removal care. From the beginning of getting my iv in and calming me down to the time I woke up.. I highly recommend Dr. Chan and his team..

Went in this morning for wisdom tooth extractions and all staff was amazing! Would like to especially thank Dr Chan and Veronica. I was a little out of it after my removal but Veronica took great care of me and was soooo nice!! Dr Chan also did a follow up call to make sure everything was ok! =)

110 star review coming your way. So happy with my visits at Dr Chan's office. I am recommending his office all day long, but especially him and his assistant Susan who cared for me the most. Both Dr Chan and Susan are not just medical professionals who are amazing at what they do but from my experience they are both kind hearted, compassionate, and generally look out for your well being in all aspects of your life and your health. I am a 26year old patient with low autoimmune issues who takes pride in her teeth and takes extremely good care of them for preventative issues... I Unfortunately had a root canal fail on me which led me to Dr Chan for an extraction and my visits to his office both him and his assistance explained everything to me I had questions about, took there time, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taking the most natural approach to preventative remedy's like probiotics during my antibiotic dose a prior dentist gave me... I could go on... I cannot rave more about Dr. Chan and recommend his office to anybody out there needing an oral surgeon.

Waiting for over an hour and a half finally just walked out and why put plastic on chairs if you don't change them out after someone sits in them or even attempting to clean them?

I was referred here by Dr. Mathis (also awesome btw) as I needed to have both upper wisdom teeth removed. I was not only pleased by the fast scheduling of appointments but by the friendly and knowledgeable staff and of course, Dr. Chan. Dr. Chan is kind, funny, and makes you feel welcomed. He takes his time with you and to make you understand the procedure and any concerns you may have. The procedure itself went smoothly, I did not feel any pain or discomfort and after the surgery he even has one of his assistants walk you out to the car despite also being accompanied by my mom. Dr. Chan even called after the surgery (with my prior consent) to make sure I was doing alright which is something no other doctor has ever taken the time to do. Wish all doctors could offer the superb quality of care Dr. Chan does, would definitely recommend!

Very happy overall with my Oral Surgeon, I was referred to this place by a dentist in Redlands. Of course I had to do my research first before making a final decision and I chose Dr Chan. Due to him having all positive reviews and him being so good with his patients. His staff took my in very quickly due to the pain I was in and I was offered pulling of my teeth the next day. I would highly recommend him to anyone, he loves what he does and it shows. Also, He personally called me to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything at all to call back. Overall 5/5 stars!

Just had the best experience with Dr. Chan and his staff for my husband's oral surgery! He and his staff are very kind and caring! They even prayed with my anxious husband before putting him under general anesthesia. It is now three days post-surgery and he feels great and had minimal pain. Highly recommend Dr. Chan if you need any oral surgery done.

Have you been considering getting your wisdom teeth pulled and you are considering multiple doctors? Are you scared of the pain you might go through? I know i was but I am here to tell you look no further Dr.Chan is the perfect solution to your problem! Not only was I nervous for this procedure that was long overdue Dr.Chan and his staff made me feel that I was right on time! Not only was my surgery a huge success I had little to no pain let me say that again NO PAIN! Dr.Chan is a oral surgeon you can trust! I would also like to give a special thanks to the two best nurses in the South West Miss.Jeanni and Miss.Teresa! These nurses were not only very professional but also extremely nice and helpful along the way. So if you are considering Dr.Chan I guarantee you will have a phenomenal experience! -Blake

When I woke up I had staff next to me telling me how I was doing. Woke with no pain or swelling at all. Did had some pain after which is natural. I was just really nervous on doing the surgery because of all the videos I've seen. But I honestly would do it again if Dr Chan is doing the surgery. I did get a call later on in the evening from DR. Chan telling how I was feeling and if I had any questions. Definitely recommend!!!
