Over the last 25 years of practice, I have attended over a 1,000 hours of continued dental education training. This has helped me remain current with the many new and evolving techniques and materials in dentistry and has also allowed me to have my skills critiqued.
Dentistry is a profession of precision and consistency. In order to produce predictable results, it literally takes years of practice to become proficient. I recently completed a comprehensive training program in implant dentistry at the New Jersey School of Dental Medicine and obtained my Affiliate Associate Fellowship status in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
With more than 22 years of experience as a hygienist, I am able to help patients achieve and maintain ideal oral health with as much comfort as possible. I like working with Dr. Mangieri because he is meticulous in everything he does. That is definitely a quality to look for in a dental professional. He does high-quality work using the best materials and latest techniques.
In addition to my job here, I also work for a company training dental offices in the same digital imaging equipment and practice management software that Dr. Mangieri uses. This allows me to travel 80-90% of my work week, and I get to see a lot of places and meet a lot of people. I got certified in scuba diving four years ago, and have been to some really neat places to dive. Next time you are in, ask me where I have been lately, and I am sure to have a story for you!
