Never AGAIN !!! I was givin 4 numbing shots in the same place was forced to swallow everything I had in my mouth was sick for about TWO WEEKS !! DO NOT RECOMMEND !!

One place I'll never recommend or step foot in again. I had to get teeth pulled, already a terrible experience. What made it worse, and awkward AF was to have my head pressed against this guys fat gut to gain leverage. Never have I felt so weirded out. Amd while drugged. Just plain gross. And to top off everything his dental assistant Mandy prescribed me a drug that I'm allergic to, told them all up front that I'm allergic to it, Filled it out on their forms and everything. Unfortunately the pharmacy tech didn't catch it either and has since been fired from that location for something that the DOCTOR should have caught before it even got that far. And here I am, less than a year later having to pay out of pocket x-rays at a new dentist. I was never offered a refund of any kind, barely got an apology, and it wasn't even from Mandy, the one who caused this whole snowball

Love love loveeee Dr Garrett and his staff. I have the worst fear of dentist visits but him and the staff make me so comfortable and they actually have conversations with their patients. I always am joking and laughing with them and genuinely love going now. He's super caring and always lets me know what he's doing and ask how the pain is. The staff is so amazing and they are always so kind and just all in all wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend !

Billing department didn't check with insurance before doing work and sends me the entire bill which is bulls**t. When you go in to have anything done they are suppose to tell you what insurance is covering and what you will pay. But apparently they only do this as a courtesy for the patients. So if you want to get screwed and have to pay full price for your dental then this is the place for you. Will never go here again.

Dr. Kirby was great. He kept asking me if I was numb yet, can you feel anything and gave some great cooking tips. Very nice office and I highly recommend him to everyone.

My girlfriend has had the misfortune of dealing with this dentist on multiple occasions. She needed a root canal for a broken tooth. Full disclaimer, this is written based off of the info she has given me immediately after visits. First of all, they have they needed several more appointments to do the procedure than what they originally had discussed. So what should have taken two or three appointments for a simple procedure has now grown to four or five. Don't expect friendly conversation with the dentist. He doesn't explain what he's doing, and staff do not answer questions either. Before she knew it, he was pulling a needle out of her mouth (thanks for the heads up). He also is very rough when handling the patient's mouth. Also, when told that his patient is pain, he ignores them and moves on with his business. Not okay. He also does not like anyone in the room with the patient when he's working. It doesn't matter whether the patient is nervous or not. He doesn't accommodate. The office is nice and the reception staff was friendly enough. That's about all the good I have to say about this office. Read other reviews and see for yourself. I personally go to a dentist in a different city, and can't recommend anyone in Victoria. I can however, give you our view on this dentist. In conclusion: 1. Not friendly 2. Won't answer questions nor explain what is being done 3. Doesn't stick to treatment plan 4. Is rough when handling patients 5. Does not respect patient pain level
