Still waiting for email with pricing on recommended procedures. Inefficiency of office staff. Lack of professionalism - doctor and assistant! Would not recommend !!

Dr. Fuller and her staff are top notch! I'm always at ease no matter what the procedure. They also do a great job of explaining costs prior to service.

I came in without any appointment when no one could see me with a wisdom tooth emergency. From the moment I got in, I started to feel better because of how attentive and kind the staff was. Every worker, especially Christine, made sure I was comfortable and in better spirits. They went above and beyond to get me into a dental surgeon the same day. I couldn't be more thankful for their services. They will be my permanent dentist moving forward.

Avoid at all costs. Deceptive business practices. No truth in billing. And expect a 45 minute wait before you get seated in a dingy room that needs a paint job. I joined their Pals program for people without insurance for $207. I went to get X-rays because of chipped teeth. They cleaned my teeth and told me that it was included in the $207. At no time was I told that they would be charging me anything extra. They had me sign a document and told me not to worry about the balance stated because it was included in the Pals program. They didn't ask me for a payment when I left, they didn't mail me a bill, I called them today to confirm my follow-up appointment and was informed that I have a balance of $132! They said that they performed a full mouth debridement. Which is interesting on it's own because I had my teeth cleaned in May. How can I need a deep cleaning after two and a half months?? At no time did they inform me of the cost before they did the procedure (which took about 10 mins). The irony is that they would have made much more money in the long run if they hadn't used deceptive and unethical business practices.

Updated as of 10/4/22 I just came to get 2 fills done and was advised I owe $100 for two "no-show" appointments. I advised the receptionist I never no-showed and had spoken to her personally whenever I needed to reschedule. Not to mention, one time THEY called ME and rescheduled the day of. She advised me that because I called 1 day in advance and not 2 days, that I was billed $50 each time. I'm sorry, WHAT?! That would be like me sending them an invoice when they called me to reschedule only 45 minutes before my appointment. This place is truly disgusting. Read through the reviews and you will see lots of mentions of deceptive business practices and shady billing issues. I will never return to this place nor pay those erroneous no-show charges. I'm going to make sure I leave a review everywhere possible so people can get a heads up and save themselves the time, energy, trauma and MONEY! I called and told the office manager (I think her name is Tanisha) everything and she wiped the erroneous $100 no-show charges. But I still will not be going back. I don't have time to play the dual role of patient and forensic accountant every time I go for an appointment. I first came to this office in April 2022. I decided to try this practice because of the great reviews about Dr. Fuller, only to arrive and be seen by a fill in doctor because she was out of the office on vacation. That was strike one. As a new patient, I was given a series of X-rays before my cleaning. Only to later be billed $52 because they should not have done certain X-rays for the kind of insurance I have. I would think as a dental office (that had my insurance before hand) they would have verified what I was covered for and what I wasn't covered for. Now, I've incurred an unnecessary cost. That was strike two. Today, I arrived at 8am for fill ins and was told I had a balance of $125, due to deductibles and copay's needing to be met. That didn't sound right to me so I left, went home, and called my insurance provider, who informed me that I don't have a deductible nor a copay. They also informed me that this office never called in to confirm coverage details/specifics for me. They advised me to submit an appeal for the $52 the office billed me for because the fault was on them for not verifying anything. I called the office back and told them everything my insurance company had told me and requested that they call to confirm coverages so we would have an ACCURATE picture of what my out of pocket expenses were for the fill ins. After doing so, they called back and said I only owed $74 (not the $125 originally stated) and to come back in now to get the fills done. They said nothing about their mistake with the X-rays. I arrived back at the office at 10:45am and after nearly an hour of waiting, was finally taken back. I got to meet Dr. Fuller who is kind, personable, and really seems to know her stuff! She put together a treatment plan for me that I'm very happy with. After she left, I was left in the room for another 20 minutes, then the assistant came back with a cost breakdown of my treatment plan. When I mentioned needing to get the fills done so I could get back to work, she was confused (as if that wasn't the entire purpose of the appointment today) then asked me to come back at 2pm today to get them done. WHAT DID I JUST SPEND TWO HOURS IN THIS OFFICE FOR, THEN? If I was going to be asked to come back! I'm over it. I have very bad anxiety about getting dental work done, so it took a looooot to come here today, not once but twice, and you want me to come back a third time in one day? Ugh. I really liked Dr. Fuller but her front office/supporting staff is not the best. Not sure if I'll be returning to complete the treatment plan. I don't like my time being wasted nor being incorrectly billed, because no one actually called to verify my insurance.

One hundred percent recommend!!!! Garner's Ferry Dentistry is a fantastic place, especially if you don't have dental insurance. Their pay-out-of-pocket deal includes X-rays and other perks most practices will charge for xtra for. The doctor is kind, considerate, gentle, and honest. They're not here to upsell you on some expensive cosmetic BS. She only wants to give you the best value for your money and keep your mouth healthy. Had two cleanings and a filling done before I had to move. I wish she was still my dentist.

Made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to help me with my extensive dental needs. They wanted to help me, not common for anyone to be willing to help some stranger in today's society.
