The Invisalign System combines advanced 3-D computer graphics technology with 100-year-old science of orthodontics. Invisalign aligners are designed to move your teeth in small steps to the desired final position prescribed by your orthodontist. Each aligner is precisely calibrated and manufactured to fit your mouth at each stage of the treatment plan. Your first step is to visit our office to determine if Invisalign is right for you. After sending precise treatment instructions, Invisalign uses advanced computer technology to translate these instructions in a sequence of finely calibrated aligners as few as 12 or as many as 48. Each aligner is worn for about two weeks and only taken out to eat, brush and floss. As you replace each aligner with the next, your teeth will begin to move gradually week-by-week until the final alignment prescribed is attained. Then youll be smiling like you never have before!

Office never runs on time. I have watched multiple patients ask why they are running behind. The office always reply's with they are busy that day. The funny thing is everybody there has an appointment that was scheduled, so they scheduled themselves to be "busy". We had to reschedule an appointment and the soonest they could reschedule was months out. Staff is rude, assistant spent the entire appointment berating a child for a bracket breaking that was never even placed because the tooth hadn't fully emerged when the braces were placed. I have regretted signing a contract with this office since the very first appointment.

The office appointment started nearly 20 min. late, even though we were informed to arrive 15 min. earlier than the actual appointment time, which we complied. While this was inconvenient, it was tolerable. However, there was an issue post-treatment that occurred with one of my son's brackets; so I called the office since we belive in proactive, not reactive policies. I was asked that if it wasn't an emergency, could we please just wait until his next appointment (which is 8 wks. out) due to Dr. Garner's orders? I was assured that they would fix the issue, but again, now waiting an entire 8 wks. due to their scheduling issues is unacceptable. The staff are friendly, the office is clean, but these are simply not enough when their services are dealing with your child's oral care wellness, and we have paid a pricey amount for these services, and have paid in full, so I do expect better. UPDATE: The business replied to my original review, so I took them up on their offer to call so they "could make things right". They did EXACTLY this in every way from actually listening to the issue, working with us in finding an expedient resolution, and fixing the bracket before the close of business. Long story short, the tech I had spoken with in the a.m. was new, so she wasn't fully aware of their business practices. Dr. Garner, and his staff thanked me for my due diligence as I was correct about the bracket, and they apologized for the hassle. I would be lying if I didn't say that after this morning's interaction, I was frustrated, and somewhat questioning their business practices, BUT I can attest to anyone considering this orthodontic practice, that they truly do care, and are reputable to even admit when they made a mistake, and be proactive. I am so relieved that I called as my son's bracket is now fixed. Communication, kindness, and respect were key. Thank you again to everyone in the office for helping us! I completely recommend Garner Orthodontics.

Always an easy experience. Whether its for myself or my kids, we are taken care of quickly and effectively. Attention to detail is always taken and the experience is great no matter who we see. Good team! My 12yr was the first one to get braces in my family and was little worried but nope they made it easy and smooth. Dint feel the transition to braces. They give u good discounts. Pretty affordable quote with insurance. Overall I like Dr.Garner who comes and takes some time to talk to patient and makes u feel home.

If you want it done right, this is the only place to go. My teeth we're really embarrassing to me and I was super self conscious about me ever showing my gaps and ugly over bite. After a year and a few months of treatment I couldn't belive the transformation with my bite and amazing smile now. I love smiling and showing off my teeth now. Thank you Dr Garner and his team for doing everything possible to make my experience the best ever.
