I took my son for his first dentist appointment. Dr. James B Gardener was very rude to my 4 year old son. He kicked me and my children out and was rushing us because my oldest son was nervous about sitting in the reclining chair. He told my son that if he didn't sit down he would kick him out. So we all had to leave! My son is 4 and I told them all that it was both of my sons first dentist appointment. No consideration the lady dentist we're much nicer than he was. If this is your children's first time going to the dentist DO NOT BRING THEM TO THIS PLACE!

I took my mom for an appointment today. Dr. Garner was very nice. My mom (Carol & stepdad George) speak highly of Jim and have for many years.

It's a scam. They want to only bill you for consults and not actually provide procedural work. The irs should look into them.

I've been here 3 times and I'm not going anymore. I've had fillings before and NONE OF THEM have excruciating pain to cold or hot substances. The first time I left and he had my filling ridiculously high and my tooth hurt so badly I couldn't eat on the right side of my mouth. Now the tooth is hurting constantly AND now one he JUST fixed on the 5th IN THE FRONT OF MY MOUTH IS HURTING IMMENSELY. And it wasn't hurting before he went in. This makes eating or drinking ANYTHING the most painful experience I've ever experienced and I've had a broken leg. DO NOT GO HERE!! You've been warned. Fear for your mouth!!!

I just walked into the doctors office to learn if they excepted United Healthcare. One of the staff members I met in the hallway said that the doctors do except United Healthcare. So, I go into the office and I spoke to the other staff member who was present; and proceed to ask her the same question; while I was reaching to get a business card; she put her hand over the business card and stated that they do not accept United Healthcare. This took place approximately at 11:50 am. I went to my car and I went back in to speak with whomever the superior would be, unfortunately they must stepped out for lunch...no was at the front desk. Well, for sure, I would not attempt to use the service of that office.
