Told them that they were the only doctor in the area on my insurance. Dr was the one who took all my info and made the appointment. Drove over an hour for appointment, to have them tell me that they are not accepting new patients and they don't accept Dentaquest even though they were referred by them. Don't waste your time and money here.

Do not go here! They all are very unprofessional! They had me waiting 2 hours and didn't do my root canal!! I should not have to wait 2 hours if my appointment was at 1!!! He purposely took his precious little time because I clearly told him I had to get back to work! If my appt is at 1 then that's the exact time I should be seen no if and or butts! Then he numbed me and an hour later I leave and he says oh I was just about to see you!? An HOUR after you numbed me !? A freaking JOKE! I found a better dentist the same day who will be proud to serve me! Do not go here!

I had my root canal done here and the dentist and staff are wonderful! Dr. Batchelor pays very close attention & communicates with you to ensure you feel nothing during the process. Very positive experience!

HORRIBLE, do not go to this man.... I'm not even sure what's wrong at this point with my mouth, went in on 12/21/2021, for root canal reference, I was told my tooth could possibly be cracked all the way through but would know until he got in there. Came back 1 hour later to start supposed process, he did a bunch of drilling and god knows what's else to my tooth, but couldn't finish due to infection. Said I'd be sore(to be expected) but no pain meds. On Thursday the same week, I feel( cause it's still really bad plus ) worse than when I initially went in, ( I could also somewhat chew and brush my tooth with some pain, but now I can't, and my face and left eye are having issues also)Since seeing him, his office is closed until after the new year, no emergency contact. I've called every where from south bend, Michigan City, Laporte, valpo and even places in Michigan. I swear . Ended up in ER, because I want to bang my head on cement from the ridiculous pain I'm in. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here....

Hey everybody I love my dentist Garfield Bachelor he is the best my mouth had some major problems when I first came to him. Guess what I will not go anywhere else he is the best. Dr. Batchelor in my opinion is a master of his craft , I am very pleased with the work done by him and his staff from minor procedures to annual cleanings , very clean office , friendly and professional staff . I highly recommend Dr Batchelor .

Highly recommend, had a root canal and although it's a long procedure I was made very comfortable. All in all it was a good experience. Dr Batchelor and his assistant work together like clockwork, I'm sorry I don't have the assistance name, but they made a not so fun procedure very enjoyable!

Very unprofessional and rude establishment, I had to Cancel my appointment because I got a chance to see my dentist that referred me. They prescribed me with antibiotics and told me to wait until it's completed to come back in. This establishments text me before business hours telling me to still come after I just seen a dentist and my tooth is swollen and painful. I stated that I wanted to wait until my antibiotics was done. The person still insisted I come in and when I said I'm fine I'll wait I got told to get referred to a new dentist. DON'T GO HERE they rude as hell for no apparent reason.

Dr. & staff are amazing! I once had to bring my son in who was months old, he wouldn't stop crying because he wanted to be held. The assistant walked him in his stroller around the office so I could get work done. They are so nice, friendly and office is always clean!

Dr. Garfield Batchelor has been my 1 and only dentist for years. He has went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I recently took part in getting my teeth removed and getting all on 4 implants. Dr. Garfield Batchelor service was fantastic throughout the entire process, and the teeth turned out flawless. He is a great dentist, and will take care of whatever it is you need.

Dr. Batchelor is WONDERFUL!!! He is very thorough and gets the job done in the most painless way possible. My family has been seeing him for more than 10 years. His staff is also great.

This place is a joke. Not only was Dr. Batchelor very rude to my 14 year old son durning his visit but they refused to see my 17 (and 11month) old son even tho he had an adult with him. It is a 45 min drive for us that we will never be making again!

Excellent Dentist. Dr.Batchelor and Staff very professional and knowledgeable and through in explaining my dental treatment plan options. Dr. Batchelor answered all my questions with no problem. I highly recommend Dr. Batchelor for your dental needs.

Not only did I have appointment at 9..none of the staff was there until 945.. they all came in late together. Then I was told they have to contact doctor about medication and surgery...over a week heard nothing nor did my doctor and then I called and then they say o yea we forgot to call you back... yes doctor is nice but his staff is aweful...
