Amazing dental office! I have had lots of work done and this office is the place to go. All of the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the office is comfortable, and the warm neck roll and hand treatments are the icing on the cake! Dr. Kaufman and Dr. Strauss are both fantastic as are the hygienists. Couldn't ask for a better dentist. Cheryl B.

Best Dental Office I've ever been to from the front desk staff to the hygienist Michelle absolutely amazing and the spa experience just tops it off!!!

I am sorry to say that I had the worst dental experience of my life at Gardens Dental Spa. At my first visit, it was recommended that I receive crowns on two teeth. There was no emergency - it did not have to be done immediately. When I left after that first visit, I had no bill and was given no paperwork. Between that visit and the appointment for the crown, I was contacted by the office to make sure I was coming for my appointment. I assumed, sadly incorrectly, that my insurance would cover the crown since this office did not say otherwise, not when I made the appointment for the crown, not when they called to confirm the visit, and not before they began the procedure. After the visit for the fitting, I checked out of the office and the office worker called up my bill. She looked shocked and said I owed them $1000. Her exact words: "didn't anyone tell you that your insurance doesn't cover this?" No, no one had. At my next visit, I discussed this with Dr. Strauss after he put on the crown. He told me that somehow I had "fallen through the cracks", asked if I remembered who had checked me out the first day, then told me he "shared my frustration." He also informed me that they had done me the favor of "only" charging me what insurance usually pays, instead of their usual fee of $1700. I'm sure this is not a favor but standard procedure since the bill automatically appeared for $1000. I thought that I had found a new dentist for my family of five, but I cannot bring myself to spend another penny at this office.

The staff is so friendly and kind from the moment you walk in. Liz did a great job with my cleaning and made me feel super comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Needed their cooperation with another local dental practice I chose who was doing the required work for 1/2 the fees. They deliberately avoided and did not cooperate.

Arrived at Gardens Dental Spa this morning for an appointment. Always a great time with the staff, the doctors are great. Now I look forward to going to the Dentist where previously I didn't like most patients. I would highly recommend Gardens Dental Spa, you won't regret the decision.

The Staff, especially, Amy and Lisa went out of their way to be sooo help full! I really appreciated the time they took with me to explain the processes involved in crowns, root canal work and overall care from a recent injury. I would very much like to encourage anyone seeking a great office to work with that you give them an opportunity to assist in your care. Very good response times in phone calls. This place is wonderful! I hadn't been to the dentist in years and everyone treated me so kindly and respectfully. The dentist was once a place I dreaded to go to but now I don't mind at all. They make sure that you are comfortable and that there is as minimal pain as possible. Highly recommend!

Terrible inconsiderate dentist. I called the morning of my appointment because over the night I come down with a fever and even with covid and everything going on they are charging me a $75 fee. I will be finding a new dentistry office with compassion. The lady who works at the front desk " Amy" was also super rude and snarky to me. I then cried after in disbelief Ann I'm still extremely upset!!!

First of all... If you cannot get along with this office you are the problem! From the word hello my experience was calm fun and educational! EVERY TIME I call they know me! I see the same dentist! I might pay a little more but I know it's done right! They've also offered a lower fee! I don't have dental insurance. I've even been treated after hours for emergency stuff! They take care of my children even in their early 20's like I'm there! PS I hate going to the dentist! These caring thoughtful people make it easier!

I've been coming to this office for years and I have to say the Doctors and staff are wonderful! They go out of their way to make my family and I feel comfortable and safe, especially during this time of the pandemic. I Love This Practice and I always send my family and friends to them for all of their dental needs and concerns! Great Team, thank you all!!

I had not been to the dentist in over a decade and luckily I did not have any real issues, just plaque buildup and my gums needed some attention. The staff were amiable and informative without lecturing or belittling. As the name suggests, Gardens Dental Spa is a calming and relaxing environment.

Professional - Experienced - Friendly - Punctual I don't let just anyone mess with my choppers but when I do it's with Dr. Strauss and Diane at Gardens Dental Spa in Palm Beach Gardens. You can trust them to get it right the first time and with minimal to no pain. I've been seeing them for many years now. Recently I had some old crowns replaced. Dr. Strauss successfully covered some gum recession with the new crowns. I have much less sensitivity now. Diane is an excellent hygenist who can recommend some great products for your teeth. I love the lemon mint toothpaste and the Oxyfresh fluoride rinse. And for you seniors they are located on the ground floor so no stairs to climb. The parking lot is somewhat tight and crowded but I can usually find an open spot.
