Since the moment I walked in the receptionist was very nice and greeting . The Finance coordinator Vanessa was very welcoming didn't have no problem on working around how I get paid and she also got started as soon as possible. Dr.Ortiz was also very nice told me I wouldn't need the braces that long just up to 18-24 months. This orthodontics is by far the cleanest and neatest one I seen for big and nice .I do recommend coming here

A beautiful large office with great receptionists, Jennifer (dental assistant), Dr. Ortiz (my new dentist), and Vanessa (finance coordinator) were amazing! They took really good care of me - they were so accommodating for my financial needs and treatment. I am so happy to have found the perfect place that will take care of my teeth and give me a beautiful smile. Thank you to everyone!!!

Great experience... Highly Recommend Best in the city of Gardena, Started treatment in 2020 and my teeth are already looking great, the receptionist are really friendly and always accommodating with my schedule, I highly recommend this Orthodontist the prices are reasonable.

My experience with Ms.Vanessa & Dr.Ortiz was amazing, They made me feel comfortable & kept me in good spirits throughout my entire appointment, Unfortunately I had to replace my retainers but they made sure I was well taken care of. I would most definitely recommend their services at Gardena Ortho 10/10 stars across the board. Ortho Assistant Mr.Jamie was very kind & professional, I only want him as my ortho assistant :)

This has been by far the most genuine dentistry I have ever been to in my life they are welcoming & give you interest in explaining why you need to focus on your ortho hygiene to avoid infections, etc. They provided me with upmost excellent service beyond my expectations. I love it here & you will too. Guaranteed!

I've been going with Dr. Ortiz for a year now and love his energy ! He's super nice and am in love with my progress. All the ladies in the front are also kind always have had great customer service . I definitely recommend go see Vanessa !!!

Best experience ever! The staff is amazing. Very friendly. Vanessa explained the treatment so well. Dr.Hamid is very friendly. He understood exactly what I wanted. The assistant that worked on me Juan Pablo was so nice and gentle. I highly recommend this office to everyone friends and family as well. The office is so nice and clean. Thank you so much Gardena Orthodontics for all you amazing staff and for making me feel so at home.

Two thumbs up and 5 star to the whole team! Not only everything is Covid-proof but all the staff has an unbeatable positive and friendly attitude, I came in today to get an orthodontist consultation for my daughter and I was so happy to find this place. The office looks remodeled & really clean and updated, which makes it really welcoming. Dr Ortiz the Orthodontist was nice and answered all of my concerns about my daughter's teeth. Vanessa the person in charge of the financing was really friendly and helpful she gave me many payment plan options and helped me find a plan that fits my needs!I highly recommend this place!

I've been a patient her since 2018 and I've had nothing but received the best care. From front office to the back. Their very patient and understanding and coming to a dentist that's just what you need. Dr Ortiz is very funny, generous, and know what he's doing! Front manager Vanessa is very accommodating and understanding at all times. Along side with amazing Tania always helping full and full of life!!!!!!! I love this office and would recommend adults and children. I can go on and on but your won't get the feeling until you step foot in the door. I love it so much I drive 2.5 hours for my visits but it's all worth it.

I love this Dental care group! They always take good care of me. I've been wanting braces since I was a teenager and boy did they aid me in doing so! Ms. Vanessa was an amazing help when it came to making sure I could afford my braces! She's the BEST! The whole front office staff are winners!! Their service is amazingly professional and kind. They make sure to get you in fast and it's always clean and smelling good in the office! Dr. Ortiz, is the greatest. His relationship with his patients goes beyond trying to get you in and out.. He takes his time and does a very good job at making sure you understand the process of your treatment! The rest of the staff, including Jew, are very patient and have such great personalities. If you're looking for a Dental Office, look no further..

As soon as I arrived they greet you with open arms, you feel at home once you arrive. Also they have good customer services and communication skills they are very helpful every step of the way. This is the place to be for exams, and braces , don't wait book your Appointment ASAP.

Vanessa is so AMAZING !she completely worked with my financial situation and made me feel so comfortable. From the beginning of my appointment till the end she made sure everything was handled correctly and helped get my braces out in as soon as possible. If your ever here in need of braces or Invisalign come see Vanessa, she will make it happen for you ! Also, the safe is so professional and the office is so clean !

Dr. Ortiz is as good as they come . He is a consummate professional-thorough exact ,professional,courteous, and most importantly,kind. I was referred to him for my orthodontic needs and I'm thankful I chose him . From the moment I walked in to the moment I left my experience was wonderful. The office was a welcoming vibe for there patients , from the warm and friendly front staff to the back assistant on the back Jaime one of the assistant is so funny and friendly. As for the pricing they are really reasonable Vanessa the ortho manager was able to help me with finance and payment arrangements that I was able to afford, they do offer in-house payment plan and that is a plus for me . I highly recommend this office for Invisalign or braces !!!
