I used to go there when lived in OC; Dr. Botros is a talented dentist and the team is professional and friendly. And the office decor looks great. I went because the crown I got ther 5 years ago broke. I was disappointed with the service because I was not given the time or enough explanation. On top of that the price was very high compared to other dentist' quote.

Going to this dentist is comparable to taking your car to a car mechanic. With this office expect to be over charged on every service and to have your time absolutely wasted. I came in not once but twice with my 2 babies and they tried to push my appointment to another day. For me to even get into the dentist I had to move mountains. I had to take off and my husband had to take off. I kept sitting in the waiting room for hours waiting to be seen. Each time they pushed back my appointment to another day. And they wanted to charge me an arm and leg for some outrageous cleaning broken up into multiple visits. UNBELIEVABLE. Do yourself a favor. Go to another provider.

If there is negative star I would give The worst dental experience,, this Arabic lady in the front office is horrible (so far from the customer service) she is treating people as she is a Dr. No respect for the people and people's time.

The front desk is not my favorite , due to they put you on hold for 10 min plus then you have to explain your self two or more times ..

This is the worst dentist clinic ever they treated my dad very bad Costmer service really rude and not professional and the doctor over there want to do business and make money and dishonest!!! my dad had very bad pain and wanted to take off one or two of his teeth but they lied because the want to do a lot of unnecessary work to just make extra money and they didn't care about his pain and when he visited another doctor clinic they took it off for him and he doesn't feel the pain any more ... please don't go there and don't trust them!!..

Dr. Botros is very professional. He knows what he is doing. He is the man, the simple definition of experience. Patients can relax and leave him do what he does best. I promise it cannot get any better than that. I highly recommend Dr. Botros because he's the best in town and I would not be exaggerating if I say he may be one of the best dentists around the country.

I found this dental office to be thorough in the checking in process but unsatisfactory in patient care. My hygienist cleaned my teeth hurriedly in 15 minutes nearly drowning me with sprayed water. When we finished, Mai the hygienist put a mirror in my face and said, "keep them like this from now on" meaning my teeth. I am a senior citizen and felt like I was being treated like a child. I will not return there.

I have my appointment today for my father at this office for dental appointment at 1pm but we been waiting for an hour and I went up and ask reception for an update they told us the doctor has to go in for emergency surgery and they don't even bother to let us know. Customer service here is bad specially the reception in the front desk are rude and not professional at all. This is my first visit and will be my last I will not recommend to anyone to come to this office for your dental needs there is more places out there with better treat you with respect And professional. I don't think all the reviews on this is true since I been here and I witness it.

Came in to get my wisdom teeth removed today and and Dr.Botros & Georgia did such an amazing job! They made me feel calm and made me laugh the whole way. Honestly 10/10 would recommend! Also, the front desk people are always the sweetest!
