My name now is Karen Wilson. I have a patient of Dr Aiello for a year This office is wonderful ! The staff is pleasant and welcoming. My fears of the dentist visit are gone. He is expertise at what he does. My teeth were a mess for years. I was not able to eat healthy foods only soft things. He painlessly worked on my teeth crown by crown. He is patient and answers all your questions. The dental staff is great. I am so thankful I found this place. My only regret is that it took years to find an office like this. I highly recommend Garden State Dental !!!!!

I've been to Garden State Dental a handful of times now, and am so happy with my choice! I was very apprehensive after not seeing a dentist for so long, but Dr. Aiello and his staff put my mind at ease and I've had nothing but positive experiences. From the wait times to appointment scheduling and payment, everything has run smoothly and I'm on my way to a great smile! Highly recommend!

What a great experience! Friendly, painless, and using all the newest technology, I would recommend Garden State Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist. If you've put off going to the dentist because of Covid, it's time. I've been to many many dentists over the years and this office is the best by far!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Extremely friendly office staff, and excellent, knowledgeable doctors. These guys go above and beyond to take care of you and make sure that you're comfortable. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

When your a newly widowed with little triplets and treated in the manner that this receptionist treats you at the front desk because fist their appointment reminders are not accurate with times. You show and are told to leave because you are 15 minutes late is the rudest thing ever. You cancel an appointment and then mix up an appointment and are nailed to the cross and spoke with such disrespect is not a place hat you want to be seen at. The attitude and rudeness in unacceptable at this front desk. Shame on you for not having compassion for someone who just lost her husband and is trying to juggle getting her teeth taken care of while in the process of mourning and taking care of little children through with no sense of compassion.

Terrible! Last cleaning I got done the dental hygienist didn't even floss my teeth while cleaning I had plaque pieces stuck in my teeth for days while trying to get it out myself. They sold me on 2 procedures out of pocket that I payed for. That was like 80.00 then I just got a bill for another 80.00.. more than half of the stuff they did was not covered for my routine exam. They wouldn't explain what the procedures were They told me to call my insurance company. I ended up spending more money for my routine exam then the insurance company. They make you think they find out about covered services while your there but in reality they don't tell you everything then balance bill you for everything. My boyfriend went to them years ago and told me to beware. I didn't listen.. They do this a lot. Needless to say my family and I will be getting a new dentist.. I called the insurance company and will be filing a compliance complaint..

Dr. Aiello is so nice.. he's been my droctor Since 2018 when i got my braces.. one time my crown got infected and its so hurt so bad , for 9hrs i couldn't sleep then i called the office in the morning right away to check me up on me.. thank God they allowed me even though its hard to get in line the schedule.. im so thankful and blessed for the rest of the staff also .. They're all kind and friendly.. Dr. Hadeem also. Love her also! Shes so sweet! From: Leah

Great office and staff. The hygienist, Hadeer, is truly amazing at what she does and is always such a pleasure to see. She takes her time to do a comfortable yet prestine cleaning, she is very informative of what she is doing and seems to enjoy educating her patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, good habits and the effective ways to care for your smile. The dentist does outstanding work and somehow manages to make tedious procedures more comfortable. Always a good experience at this office, I no longer dread going to the dentist!

I can't say enough about this practice! Without even telling me, they kept their office open an hour late on Good Friday just to accommodate my particular needs. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist to Dr. Aiello is so kind and helpful. After 35 years with one of my dearest friends as my dentist I got tired of the drive to see him and started going to Garden State. I feel very lucky to have found them!

I ended up switching to another practice after the secretary and dentist himself tried to intimidate me into getting an xray after inserting a crown. Apparently, it's their office policy to subject patients to unnecessary radiation because money is more important than the health of their patients. I explained that I've never received an xray after a crown, it's not the policy of my insurance, and I might be pregnant and they still tried to push me. After I kindly refused again, the dentist made a snarky comment that I could just pay for it out of pocket when my insurance denies the claim. I called my insurance after I left and they stated they do not require an xray as proof that the service was done. Besides the nasty attitude of both the dentist and secretary, this place is very dated, unclean, and is not handicap accessible. I would not recommend going here.

DO NOT use this dentist. I started off as a patient here, and was initially very happy with my care. Twice, appointments had to be rescheduled because the Dr "changed his schedule" and was not going to be in the office, but as a medical professional myself (I am a Registered Nurse), I understand life happens. However, today was the icing on the cake for me. I had an appointment for the start of a crown on one tooth the Dr did a root canal on a month ago, and also for a filling on a separate broken tooth. I saw the Dr 2 weeks ago for the broken tooth, and the temporary filling he put in fell out in less than an hour, so I have been going around with a half broken tooth since then, believing I had an appointment today for a repair. I called today to confirm my appointment, since I had not received a call from the office confirming the time. I was told I did not have an appointment, that last week the Dr once again "changed his schedule" and would not be in the office. I was told every patient had been called and told this, but GUESS WHAT? You missed at least 1 patient- me! And I know my voice mail is working, because I have had other calls and messages from other people since last week. I am a travel RN from FL, and I have been working here in NJ. My assignment ended a week ago, the only reason I stayed in town was for THIS APPOINTMENT! Oh, and I purchased a plane ticket to come back up in 3 weeks for the completion of my crown. An appointment that wouldn't be valid anymore, since the Dr isn't starting my crown today, and apparently you have to wait 3 weeks in between. Three strikes and you're out, Garden State. You no longer have my business, and I have told all of my family, who lives in the Toms River area, to stay away from your practice. Maybe you should consider adding another dentist to your practice, one who actually comes in to the office when he says he is going to.

I couldn't say enough good things about this place. Dr. Aiello is the best dentist I've ever had, the hygienists are awesome, and the office staff is extremely polite and knowledgeable. I have no anxiety going to the dentist when it comes to this practice.
