This place was great until it was bought. Now it's awful. The staff constantly upsells worthless treatments. Appointment handling is inconsistent at best. Unexpected bills for hundreds of dollars arrive months after services. Just go somewhere else.

They listed my insurance and then removed it after approving my appointment! Then to call me to say the day before they don't except it and I can apply for credit! Why boost on your pg how your employees will help a patient find a Dentist that does take your insurance only to have one call me BEING rude and filled with lies about there being another insurance company with the same name. I took a screenshot of the pg of the listed insurance companies who they except and now it's no longer listed. Why not just be honest! Telling me there's another insurance company with the same name is not true! I could have found a dentist before the weekend but now I'm going into a weekend with an infection!

I generally don't write reviews. Please read my review and save yourself from surprise bills. Small extra dental grafting procedure after tooth extraction, they did not tell the cost and went ahead and did it. After job is done, they handed $1,275 bill saying insurance did not cover it. When we confronted why they did not tell the cost, they said they made a mistake, sorry and reduced the bill $500. Please watch out for yourself. Ask for cost of procedure before they actually do it. It doesn't seems like mistake to me. That is how they are operating.

They might be a good doctor but i customer service needs a lot of improvement . I have witnessed during my visit about a month ago front office employee yelling at the technician and asking her to stop acting like a child , the technician was so polite & professional but was almost crying while she was helping me . She was so professional on doing her job but so sad they way she has been treated by coworker . Not a good experience

My husband use to go here years ago with no problems, than in 2020 we had a problem with them over charging , this was rectified after being investigated . It seems as when the office manager Nancy left things just went down hill and that was our first bad expierence. Come Feb 14, 2022 I called to make an appt for my husband, staff cofirmed insurance was still the same. My husband had crown work done. On May 9th I see on EOB that they used an out of network provider, I tried to call about 50 times that day and also called aetna, they to tried to call office. Their phone was not taking messages and no one would answer. Aetna suggested I go to office and ask them to bill under the office name as there are multiple in network dentists in that office. Aetna does have a reference number regarding this call and issue. When I arrived at office Danielle the new office manager told me that Dr. Mark is the only dentist there who does crowns. First off you should inform patients of this and second how did they know he needed a crown when I called to make appointment, regardless inform patient if your using an out of network provider. The office nearly maxed out my husbands benefits for the year at that point. He also had a cleaning & exam done on May 7th and Dr. Mark was not in the office, they again billed under out of network provider and also did deep cleaning, and antimicrobial agent on several teeth on May 7th. There was no office staff in the office on May 7th , the hygientist answered the phone that day when my husband confirmed appt because text and what he had written down were different times. I just saw the eob today for May 7th and like I said they billed under out of network provider again and now have maxed out my husbands benefits for the year. They are taking adavantage of insurance and my husband and I'm physically sick over this. When I went to office on May 9th , Danielle noticed he had a cleaning doen on May 7th and said she was not billing the cleaning, Let me tell you , you billed the cleaning and there are about 12 charges for that day on 2 different eobs cleaning , antimicrobial agents on serveral teeth, periodontal scaling & exam, again under out of network dentist.Who does a cleaning, deep cleaning and antimicrobial agent on serveral teeth in one day? And bills under out of network dentist, when that dentist wasn't the one who even examined him that day, and was not even in the office. . I'm physically sick over this my husband has 0 yes zero benefits left now, because they maxed him out using an out of network provider. Like I said above there are many offices with dentist who have in network providers who do crowns, just be honest and tell your patients what your doing so they have a choice, seriously . There is so much going on in this world today with sickness, war, etc, have some decency and do the right thing. PLEASE do not send your AUTOMATIC generated response to contact office manager, she is aware and is doing nothing at all, except billing more out of network charges for cleaning etc. This needs to be handled by someone in corporate through Garden State, Will speak with aetna, and if need be consumer affairs or BBB. Disgusted by this. Most dental offices help you maximize your benefits not abuse them and max you out using an out of network provider when you have in network providers in the office. Beware if you decide to use this office

If you need a dentist or orthodontist this is the place to go. My cleanings are always excellent and the doctors are spot on with their consultations and dental recommendations. I can't say enough about the staff and about Dr. Conti the orthodontist. He's been with the practice for a very long time and is the best of the best when it comes to orthodontist work. If you need a recommendation, here it is. I look forward to all my appointments.

Just had two teeth removed on 01/04/22 in anticipation of implants and crowns. The sutures are falling out after a week and threads dangling which are very annoying. Was told to either " snip the threads myself?" or I am on my own until my appointment in a week. Response should be, "come in and let us take a look." $1,600 and no concern? Never heard of such a thing.
