Absolutely terrible. My mom was expecting a major procedure but did not feel well on the day of the appointment and called to reschedule and the receptionist told my mom to go somewhere else. Told her that they prepared everything and that policy is if someone cancels they can't treat them anymore. When we inquired about this policy the receptionist was absolutely rude hanging up on my mom twice while she was talking. What kind of policy has no flexibility and makes no consideration for the patient's well-being and situation? Should a patient force themselves to go when they don't feel well? Shouldn't they have the right to cancel and reschedule when they don't feel well? And if it was an important policy I've no idea why they didn't mention that fact to my mom when the appointment was made in the first place. Surely that would be an important bit to inform the patient beforehand so they'd be aware. I'm sure if they were ever to respond to this review they'll make up some excuse about "policy" and put the blame on my mom but if they have no consideration for her situation I don't see why we have to be considerate about their situation either.

I received a dental clean up on April 15, 2022. I was unsatisfied with my previous dentist so I asked my orthodontist if they knew a good dentist for me to make a switch and they recommended me to this place. Upon arrival the receptionist at the front desk was very amicable and attentive. She gave me the forms to fill out and asked me to wait until my name was called. When they called me in they took my X-rays and they where careful when doing it. I have braces so for me it was hard do certain bites when taking the X-rays but they were so patient with me. When Dr. Hong checked in with me she just gave me a bit of information on my teeth then send me in with Lyn who was in charge of cleaning my teeth. She had the best attitude was singing and chatting with me and even though I couldn't talk I liked her conversation. She was so kind to inform me of a good way to brush my teeth with braces on and keep them clean. I appreciate everyone's help and kindness and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks. Thank you.

I got my lip fillers and had such a great experience. No pain at all, the doctor and staff were very nice.. The final results looked amazing! Definitely recommend her and definitely coming back..

I needed a teeth cleaning (over a year since my last one) and decided to give this place a chance since I saw they had good reviews. Lynne cleaned my teeth, and she did such an amazing job! I'm not the best brusher (also guilty of skipping brushing a couple nights ), so there was quite a bit build-up. She got in between and behind each teeth and cleaned them all individually. It really seemed like an art the way she cleaned, and you could tell she's really passionate about what she does. She even took the time to show me how to brush properly and had me hold up a mirror while she demonstrated with a toothbrush. My teeth feel really good now, and I learned a lot from her, inspiring me to take better care of my teeth from now on. The staff was aIso really friendly. The x-ray process went smoothly and efficiently, and Dr. Hong gave me a detailed walkthrough of my teeth after examining the x-rays. I will definitely be coming back!

I haven't been to the dentist in awhile . Wanted to go back for a teeth cleaning and saw the reviews for garden family dental on yelp. Everyone was so nice and very gentle with my teeth. Coming back soon for a teeth whitening and can't wait to see the results . Definitely recommend coming here .

When removed some grinds they leave a bone that bothers me a lot and the replacement for those grinders was expensive and really bad quality material, and when they place it, it didn't fit. I ended up going back to an other dentist for a new one, and expected more money

Every time I have to come to the Dentist it's always a pleasure because the reception desk lady's are so kind and greet me right away. The Dentist is so sweet and gentle. Ive had an extraction and fillings and can still say that. All the staff at this office are so kind. I definitely recommend this Dentist Office.

Outstanding service! I was a long-term patient under former management but I have to say that with Dr. Hong this place has really improved! The office has been revamped and is gorgeous and very inviting. The service I received was excellent, from office staff and from the technicians and from Dr. Hong herself. I felt very safe in their hands!

Definitely recommend this office was a little bit a spectacle from previous reviews but I was informed that this is a whole new dental office under new management office is very clean the staff is friendly and they make you feel like family I was looking at other offices around the area and they give the best price Dr.Hong is awesome I didn't even feel the injection I was a very light hon I'm gonna definitely bring my mom here she scared of dentist

From desk staff, tech assistance, and Dr Hong was friendly calm, Polite , professional. The Is official Brand new with bright orange color and white, very clean. The office explained in detail for Cost and service . This clinic is a woman owned . Please support the business that serves the community over 40 years at same location.
