If you are running a few minutes late, even after calling, they will cancel appointments. However, they do not have the same courtesy when they are behind. Had a 2:30 appointment and hours later we are still waiting. They don't have any professionalism whatsoever. It would be so nice if someone would at least advise the customers as to how much longer the wait will be. Lots of improvements could be made to this location. Need someone to train them on scheduling! Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

My Appointment was for the 26th I came in on the 25th but my hygienist worked me in at a timely manner and took very good care of me she was so polite and professional

I had appointment for wisdom tooth extraction at 8am, procedure completed and I was checked out by 9am. The doctor and assistant both treated me very kind courteous. I will be returning to get fillings - for me it's best to go where I know I will be treated right.
