I went to this dentist because I couldn't get in to my regular dentist due my schedule. So I got an appointment here to have my teeth cleaned. I typically get my teeth cleaned one a year and get any work that needs to be done at that time. Once I was called in they ran my insurance information. Once it was known that I had insurance they took me for some X rays and when I was done the dentist came in to examine my teeth. She told me I needed a deep cleaning. I thought this peculiar as I get my teeth clean yearly. However I do have some bone recession around ONE tooth. She started cleaning and was done with my whole mouth within about 20 minutes. I know from previous cleanings that a deep cleaning can take an hour or more. I was shocked she was done so quickly. Once the cleaning was done she began going over my x rays and asks about any issues I had I pointed out I had what I believed to be a SMALL cavity. She says to me that I had many issues and that I needed Four Root Canals! I was shocked and extremely bothered by her diagnosis and I asked several questions and she began to explain that some of my fillings were failing, two on my front teeth and two towards the back. She left for a moment and soon her receptionist came back to talk to me about getting all this work done. The work was going cost around $8000 dollars!! I told them I didn't have that kind of money and I wanted a second opinion from my regular dentist. Keep in mind that this is extremely stressful and I was very upset about all of this. I got to my regular dentist and I told them what had happened and I was expecting to need a lot of work done however I was very surprised to hear that my dentist told me that I did not need any root canal's at all. He told me I needed three fillings and that one tooth was actually fine and needed absolutely no work at all. He also made the comment that she didn't do a deep cleaning on me and that she had done a bad job of cleaning my teeth and he had to go back over areas that she didn't do right. I would not ever suggest ever going to this dentist ever for any reason. I feel she was trying to take advantage of me and would have happily done all this unnecessary work on me. Thank goodness I went to my regular dentist or I would have been taken advantage of my dentist fixed everything for four hundred dollars. Please don't go there ever.

This is a horrible place! My son's Grandma came here to have work done and they did a horrible job! She agreed in getting bridges done, trusting the dentist's professionalism. They grind down her good teeth and put a horrible placed bridge that soon after fell out. Not only that, but one of her molars was cracked and damaged. Which resulting in more decaying stage. They did not treat this molar before placing the bridge!! The worst part is that she went back after paying all that money for a poor job done, they refused to fix the problem! Not only that but they are charging her again for something they did wrong! She asked for her file to see a more detailed explanation of the work she got done and they refused to give her her OWN RECORDS! Unprofessional and hideous customer service! I only gave it one star, but they don't even deserve a one star.

I am writing this review from a daughters point of view. My mother came in about a year ago to get work done she had been wanting for many many years. My mom paid close to $8000 dollars only to get treated as if she was asking for a favor. My mom has been in a lot of pain for months, the type of pain that doesn't let you eat or sleep. She has been very patient but They have refused time and time again to at least fix the damage THE DENTIST caused. SADLY our only option is to speak on how badly of a service they AS A WHOLE have provided. This might be only a review but to us is our only and last resort for them to take responsibility.
