I can't recommend Dr. Garai enough! Everyone that works for his practice is amazing and they all treat you like family. My daughter has always been hesitant of going to see any doctor or dentist but she loves going to Dr. Garai's office.

Dr. Garai and his team treated all 4 of my children. I really like the fact that Dr. Garai does not recommend "phase 1" braces for kids after their palate expander. We have been to both the Vienna office as well as Great Falls, and both are filled with friendly, competent staff. I highly recommend Dr. Garai and his team!

It was always nice to walk through the door and be greeted by name (I felt like Norm in Cheers). I loved the location, friendly staff and the fact that because of my military insurance provider, I was eligible for a price reduction. Super fast and efficient visits. I couldn't be happier with the results!
