Education: Graduated from University of Texas Austin in 1988. Graduated from University of Texas Dental School in San Antonio in 1992. Completed 2 years of continuing education in Orthodontics in 1998. Invisalign training in 2002. Advanced Invisalign training in 2009. Clear Correct training in 2009.
Education: Graduate of the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry. Completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii. Dr. Nakashima served for 11 years in the United States Army.
Credentials: Stationed at Fort Hood, Texas, after serving in Iraq for Operation Iraq Freedom as the Oral Surgeon for the 21st Combat Support Hospital. He was honorably discharged in January of 2004. He is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and member of the American Association Of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Education: Graduated from Tarleton State University, Stephenville, TX, Served in the United States Navy, Graduated from the University of Texas Dental School at San Antonio in 1992. Dr. Butler owned and operated his own dental office in Cedar Park for over 20 years before joining Advanced Family Dentistry.
