Welcome to the office of Casey S. Gamache, DDS, MSD, a board certified orthodontist and specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, who is thrilled to have reached his dream of creating beautiful smiles throughout the Yakima Valley! Dr. Gamache was born and raised in Yakima, and he graduated from East Valley High School. He attended Washington State University on an academic scholarship, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Basic Medical Sciences while maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA. Dr. Gamache then attended the University of Washington School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2011 and graduated at the top of his class. While at the University of Washington, he was recognized with numerous awards for his outstanding scholastic achievements and volunteer activities.
Dr. Gamache completed his orthodontic specialty training in August 2013 at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston School of Dentistry. This is a highly-renowned orthodontic specialty program that heavily focuses on clinical orthodontics and has thoroughly prepared Dr. Gamache to provide all phases of orthodontic treatment for you and your family.
Dr. Gamache is a member of multiple dental associations: American Board of Orthodontics (ABO), American Association of Orthodontics (AAO), Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists (PCSO), American Dental Association (ADA), Washington State Dental Association (WSDA), and Yakima Valley Dental Society (YVDS), where he previously served as president.
Dr. Gamache has also completed extensive volunteer testing to earn the title of Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics (ABO). Only about 1/3 of orthodontists are board certified, and Dr. Gamache is one of the only board-certified orthodontists in the Yakima Valley. Dr. Gamache is married to Shawna, who was also born and raised in Yakima. She graduated from East Valley High School and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from City University. Casey and Shawna are overjoyed to have returned to Yakima where they have many friends and family. They are very pleased to have begun the journey of providing the highest quality orthodontic care in the Yakima Valley and to creating beautiful smiles for many years to come!

Gamache Orthodontics is wonderful! Dr. Gamache and his staff are always prompt, friendly, and professional. I came in for a consultation about Invisalign after having tried SmileDirect Club and having a miserable experience with cheap aligners that cut my mouth and fit improperly. Dr. Gamache was very supportive and helpful and assured me that my desired results could be obtained with a combination of the Invisalign product and a qualified orthodontist overseeing the process and designing the aligners. I am so happy I went to Gamache Orthodontics! Not only did the treatment straighten my teeth and improve my bite, but Dr. Gamache also took the time to contour my teeth to make my smile symmetrical and beautiful! The aligners were comfortable and the entire process was very smooth and seamless. I highly recommend Gamache Orthodontics-the staff and service are top notch!

We've had a wonderful experience with Dr. Gamache, and his amazing staff! From the first appointment to the last we were in and out without delay and received excellent care. Our treatment plan was well laid out and went according to plan even with our sons' propensity to break a bracket here and there. Broken brackets weren't a big deal; a quick phone call and we were in and out good as new. We have and will continue to recommend Dr. Gamache!

Dr. Gamache and his staff were absolutely fabulous to work with, our daughter was a complex case for him and after 29 months of being in braces, her teeth are perfect! Dr. Gamache was upfront with us on the timeline for her braces and kept us updated with every appointment. You can tell Dr. Gamache and his staff know what they are doing and are so friendly to work with. A person can't go wrong with braces from Dr. Gamache!

The staff was very friendly and proficient at their job. They made sure everything fit properly before I went home. If something went wrong such as a poking wire they would immediately take me in and fix the issue. Definitely will recommend Gamache Orthodontics to my family and friends who want their smile taken care of.
