Dr. Rosa Galvan-Silva graduated from the University of San Luis Potos (UASLP) in Mexico with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. She completed her National Board Certification and obtained her Illinois Dental License in 1983.
Dr. Galvan-Silva is passionate about aesthetics and beauty. She aims to provide her patients with the best possible service in family and cosmetic dentistry and facial rejuvenation procedures. She is certified by the International Academy of Facial Esthetics on Botulinum toxin and facial dermal fillers. Her certifications also include VDL (Vermillion Dollar Lips), Professional Lip and Oral Facial Organization, Laser and Minimally Invasive Cosmetic Procedures by VDL, and Advanced Oral and Facial Techniques.
Dr. Galvan-Silva is the member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Chicago Dental Society (CDS), the Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS), the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), the Academy of Gp Orthodontics (AGpO), and the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (AAED). She is also an Invisalign, Lumineer, and Laser Dentistry certified.

This woman honestly made me fear dentists. I remember I left with burn marks on my lip but I couldn't feel when she was burning my lip because I was under local anesthesia. Please be very careful going to this woman she is very careless. I would advise for anyone to go to someone else.

I've been going to Dr Silva for over 15 years. The staff is the BEST I have ever seen. My smile is great due to the care of this team. I look forward to my visits and don't miss an opportunity to keep my teeth healthy.

People often find time to leave a bad review but forget about a good review when the work is pleasing. Overall I have been coming here for about a little more than a year. If you let the staff help they will get you a good smile and close to perfect. Takes so effort and time but I'm glad. Thank you.

This dentist office is out for money. They blew my insurance for the entire year. My visit was a few years ago maybe 4.Cosmetic place only. Beyond disappointed.

I had an awesome experience at Rosa Galvan-Silva's office! I decided to try her after being lied to by a dentist in Calumet City. Immediately upon entering the office, I loved the decor (she decorated the office herself)! She met with me to evaluate exactly what I needed. I liked her right away. She has a kind spirit. I took her advice as to the work that I needed to have done and at a reasonable rate!! I am very pleased with the work that Candice and Sandy did, as well as D.D.S. Rosa, they were great! I'm happy that I have found the right dentist! The staff is very friendly and professional. Please give her a try, you will not be disappointed!

Beware of the nice office and modern technology. While these are good things, the integrity of the dentist is far more important. Dr. Rosa Galvan-Silva left debris in a cavity she filled which ultimately caused me a lot of pain and money. If she had resolved the problem when it was brought to her attention instead of brushing it off, I would have nothing but kind things to say. Unfortunately, that is not the case. To add insult to injury, she wants to tarnish my good credit after 6 years because I refuse to pay for negligent service. Shame, shame, shame.
