It's hard to do any better than this dental team. I've been relying on Dr. Pyser for twenty years for my care and he's a star. I've had some big issues over the years and he always knows how to handle them and if we need an outside expert he knows all the right people. This new office location is actually more convenient, more comfortable, and the added staff makes it even better for the patient. I gave them an A rating.

Dr. Zakko is simply superb. She's the doctor's dentist. Smart, accurate, spot on diagnostically. Conservative. Gentle and great with kids. We'll follow her anywhere!

They had amazing service, very clean and friendly. they were quick with getting me into a room so i can get my exam done! Amazing employees, Ileana Izzo was the best with helping me fill out what i needed in order to proceed with my appointment

It was a very comfortable experience. The staff especially Shan were very attentive to my concerns. Shan went over all my options with me in a manner that didnt make me feel pressured.. I would recommend this place to everyone I know without reservations...

Had to change dentists after 25 years because mine retired. I chose Towncare because of location and Dr. Zakko's high ratings. I have a DMO plan so was expecting long waits and low attention to care, when I was pleasantly surprised otherwise. I had very little wait on both of my appointments, and the staff was VERY congenial, efficient, caring, and even funny! Even if I lose my insurance again, I will continue going here.

It really breaks my heart to give this review but I have to do it. I recently moved to the Fort Lauderdale area and needed to find a local dentist office. I finally found one (Towncare Dentist) after looking on google and seeing all the great reviews. On June 2, 2022 I went for my X-ray and initial, they explained to me what needed to be done ( four cavities to be filled and a cleaning). After my second visit, I was able to get one two cavities filled. I told Doctor Pfizer (hopefully I am spelling that correctly) that my tooth still hurt after the procedure but he told me to wait until the numbing stop after 4 hours and tell him I felt. After almost two months, not only does it still causes pain but the other two teeth causes excruciating pain as well. I went for a follow up and the he told me that he'll have to put a crown on it if it still causes pain. 1 crown with my insurance is $564, and I will need 3 for the mistake that HE did. And still haven't got a cleaning! I hate to write this review because the front desk and dental assistants are very friendly and kind but I am very upset with this whole process. Went I went to google and saw the reviews I was really excited. But then I found out about their yelp reviews... and they are almost all bad. Don't just take my word for it, look them up yourselves. The are currently sitting at 2.5 percent on yelp with similar grievances.

I was referred to Towncare Dental of Fort Lauderdale from my Dentist to see Rita Heller DDS Endodontist. From the time I walked in to the office and was greeted at the desk and through my whole experience they were exceptional and professional. I was very impressed with the equipment and the cleanliness of the office. Dr Heller explained my situation very thoroughly and all my options. When the Dr left the room the dental assistant who I'm sorry I do not remember her name went into a very detailed explanation of each of my options using prompts to explain each. This dental assistant was one of the nicest most pleasant professional people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I want to again say Thank You to this young lady. My last experience was my checkout and went perfect and the ladies again very professional. Thank You All !

Staff nice and kind.Dr Dalal Zakko is my dentist for many years and I trust her slkills amd recommemdations. She did miracles with my teeth. I highly recommend Towncare Dental of Ft Lauderdale

Insurance fraud alert!! Not sure others experience here but I was told my annually cleaning WITH a deep clean would cost me 75$ while in the chair. I was hesitant and at first declined the service. I then asked them if they can bill me after insurance processes it because there is always something weird after insurance gets billed and they told me "yes we can bill you" so i decided to go ahead with this treatment. I was checking out and they now wanted $120 for the service after we agreed to the $75!!! And they refused to bill me after it goes through insurance first! Lied to me both times! Now I get an alert on my phone that they scheduled me for an appointment in October. I work in the OR and my cases are long and I take call throughout the month so I don't book appointments until I get my on-call schedule. When I called to tell them they made a mistake, maybe they accessed my chart instead of someone else's on accident, they called me a liar and said I must've booked this when I was leaving my original appointment! How can a place call a customer a liar!?!? They stated "im not going to argue with you over this" so rude!!!! Why would I lie over something like this anyway?? This is just not worth the headache. I wanted something closer to my house but I'm just going to stick to what I know and return back to the dentist further away from the house. Worth the drive rather than dealing with these crooks. I dont recommend anyone going here and while sitting in the waiting room I heard multiple patients having astronomical balances ($300, $900, etc) on their accounts probably and possibly for the same reasons and experiences that I had. Should've been a red flag right there.
