The front staff is great. It's the dentist I have a problem with. I've been coming here for years and just put up with it because I only need cleanings and the office is very close to home. But the dentist is not really friendly and has always been rather impatient and curt.

Dr tahn (may have spelt it wrong) is the best dentist I really appreciate how friendly and how helpful he is and the lady at the front is very professional and helpful. I suggest 10 o'clock or 1pm appointment times for shorter wait times.

My kids have had a great experience here. Easy scheduling, smooth billing insurance and encouraging to my teens on home dental care.

This office is extremely unhelpful. They prescribe treatment for patients, but do not make it accessible to receive the treatment. The office staff states that they are doing the best they can, but they are short staffed so they can't help their patients. Everyone is short staffed these days. Patient care should take top priority, short staffed or not. When an office takes on patients for treatment, treatment is complete when the individual is healed not when staffing permits treatment. I am absolutely disgusted with this office and how they handle patient care. Do better. Do better for your patients.

Had a tooth they needed extracting. In and out and very polite! Did discuss future work.

I'm not gonna go into the whole thing but my cavities because they insisted i get my teeth cleaned first, it took 6 months to get the cleaning approved. They refused to do it before then. They then made my appointment a month out which i completely forgot about. I'm so distraught because of these guys, medical will not cover my root canals so my only option at this point is removables. I just wanted a dentist, now because of them i have to deal with pain ALL THE TIME because i cant stand the thought of getting my screwed up teeth pulled and having all those fake teeth. it makes me seriously sad to think about
