Worst dental experience I've ever had. Got an appointment for root canal. Upon arrival was informed that my appointment was for exam and cleaning instead. Informed the staff that I've had those done recently and reminded them about the root canal. Got asked which tooth it was again even though we discussed all the details over the phone. Staff member ran away to consult with someone and came back to inform me that they don't do root canals on molars. I really wish they would have mentioned it over the phone but honestly their equipment was so obsolete and the whole operation looks so pathetically incompetent that at that point of time I was glad to get out of there. Never saw the doctor (BRADLEY VERGIEN DDS). However, now I see on my insurance claims that I've got charged for an exam and x-rays that were never done and that is unacceptable. Hope these con artists go bankrupt soon enough. Reporting their scam to my insurance company and BBB to speed it up a bit :)

They took their time to give me the best cleaning I've ever had! It went beyond the time I thought it would but that was fine because they wanted me to leave knowing I received the best service. Thank you! It meant a lot to me.

I've never liked going to the dentist, but I love this place Dr. Rowberry is awesome and has an amazing staff!

Brought my son in, they examined him, panicked and said he needed thousands of dollars of work. Took him into Tsehootsooi Medical Center, and the panic was removed; they fixed him up in a couple of appointments. I believe these people are crooked. Always get a second opinion.

My wife and I have been going there for years. Dr. Rowbery is a great dentist and his staff are very professional and personable. Dr. Rowberry goes out of his way to ensure you are taken care of. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Made an appointment for me, then cancled my appointment last minute cause I told the girl on phone not to send mail to my home address on the other side of country. I said they cound send to my email as Im a travel nurse and she was not understanding at all then canceled my appointment. I recommend Sundance Dental Care of Gallup. They had no problem with my request and from my opinion were able to communicate and were much more professional on the phone. I dont recommend Gallup Dental Group to anyone. The girl on phone could not even get my insurance information right after i very clearly told her at least 2 times.

I'm no easy case. It has taken lots of professional help, in my youth, to get me where I am now. My self-care standards are high, to keep me from needing more remedial work, and I'm glad for the routine checkups and encouragement I get from everyone there. Diane(sp?) handles my cleanings, in a most able manner, and I like the conversations we have.

The Gallup Dental Group is exceptional. I was 25 minutes early and in 5 minutes they took me and started working on my problem. They we kind, gentle and ready to help in any way. I would not hesitate to tell everyone about them. Sr. Mildred Ryan
